In this sequel to the Edgar Award-winning Stonewords, Pam Conrad once again transcends time and space to write a powerfully moving novel about the spirit world. Now 14, Zoe is again experiencing the pull of the supernatural. Drawn into her mother's childhood, Zoe discovers a terrible secret that threatens her mother's life.
not bad. it's the sequel to my favorite book stonewords, but this wasn't near as exciting. had some good parts and a good book for young adults, but i probably wouldn't read it again.
Pam Conrad is definitely becoming a favorite author of mine. I enjoyed this story but I was weirdly hoping that they’d go to Zoe Louise’s grave or we could know the life she ended up having after book one, that’s why I read the sequel.
