Gingerbread Cookbook is a great resource for all goodies made from gingerbread. I will definitely be making some of these real soon.

this cookbooklet has one of my favorite recipes in it for cookies, using butterscotch pie filling mix. YUM! many of the recipes call for molasses, not a favorite taste of mine in large amounts.
