Sigma Guide

This has been a project that has been under wraps for about a year. I worked alongside fellow thriller writer Greg Cox to concoct this dossier of all things Sigma. It’s a comprehensive and detailed journal that is full of details, factoids, summaries, and NEW information about the Sigma universe. I always wanted to build such a reference for myself—but then thought, why not share it?

James Rollins is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of international thrillers. His writing has been translated into more than forty languages and has sold more than 20 million books. The New York Times says, “Rollins is what you might wind up with if you tossed Michael Crichton and Dan Brown into a particle accelerator together.” NPR calls his work, “Adventurous and enormously engrossing.” Rollins unveils unseen worlds, scientific breakthroughs, and historical secrets matched with stunning suspense. As a veterinarian, he had a practice in Sacramento for over a decade and still volunteers at local shelters. Nowadays, Rollins shares his home up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains with two furry companions, Echo and Charlie. He also enjoys scuba diving, spelunking, kayaking, and hiking. Of course, he loves to travel and experience new places around the world, which often inspire his next globe-trotting adventure.

I received a free download for my Kindle of "Sigma Guide" by James Rollins, through Free-Par-Tray.

This dossier is a comprehensive guide to explaining the meaning of Sigma, it's mandate, missions and code names.James also explains the purpose of Sigma Force, the six divisions, the players and a detailed description of each mission operating under this umbrella. This information will be very useful when reading other books by James Rollins, concerning these missions.

I loved this book. I felt I was watching the Bourne Supremacy. Thanks so much James for this very useful guide.

Good refresh of the Sigma universe. There are character bios and recaps of the different books. I also like how the recaps end up being redacted to the point of not giving away spoilers to those who haven't read the story yet; but also have enough information to make those of us who have read them want to reread a story or two. :)

Not sure what I expected from this, but this wasn’t it. I enjoy the series and this was a fun recap, but not much new information was shared.

If you are a fan of the SIGMA Series, then this is a must. Although a little dated as it only covers everything up to Book #7, it still holds a wealth of information and backing to the characters and SIGMA itself.

Sigma Guide is a delightful journey through all of the Sigma adventures (books). There are bios of each of the Sigma members and reminders of important events and developments in their life during the course of Sigma cases. A nice brief summary of events and characters.
