Even though I have used GitHub actions quite a bit, there were still very useful pieces of information to be picked up in the book.

I read this in early release.

It clarified a lot i was unsure on. The more technical parts of the book are not released yet but based on the already written sections i trust they will be good.

If you already read github docs this is not going to provide you too much more than edge cases. Clarifications. And examples you may not have explored other wise. Id say its worthwhile but not going to change your life.

My Go-To Automation Platform

I love GitHub Actions. I use it daily to perform some really intricate and advanced CI/CD activities.

I am so happy with this book, and so glad I got to check it out.

It helped me improve my workflows and get the most out of this powerful GitHub Actions system.

I would highly recommend getting this book if you are interested in automating your code activities.

Check it out!

I'm on the cover of the book since I wrote the foreword and was paid to conduct a tech review of the book :-) so I'm hardly an unbiased reviewer, but it is a great introduction to the product that I head up.

Comprehensive overview with a lot of decent examples, although most of the contents can be found in the official GitHub docs and blog.
