Some good reminders including relationships and engagement, but overall I think implementing the full program would stifle critical and independent thinkers

I think that the ideas in this books are really good ones for classroom management. I’m excited that this approach (NOT program) can be customized to fit each individual teacher. I’m excited about implementing this, and oddly excited about how easy it will (hopefully) be to collect data directly related to my classroom management setup. Hopeful that this will help change my classroom for the better!

Great tips for teachers, but each age group is going to be different and each situation is going to be different. Don't only rely on this advice. It would have been better if there were separate books for each age group and have more examples for different behaviors and reactions to those behaviors, but it gives a good start.

Can't imagine a more clear, complete, and comprehensive guide to classroom management. This is a bible for the new teacher, or the mid-career teacher struggling with certain behavioral components. Though published by a "program," there are countless practical strategies here. Highly recommend. This should be the text for classroom management courses at universities.

This educational resource is a good basic for how to organize and handle classroom behavior and set strong expectations for behavior.

I haven't found any remedial strategies in it that have improved high stress and tension situations.

Great book of evidence based behavior management practices. Simple enough for just your own classroom but even better if implemented school wide! It is my go to for classroom management.
