Rather condensed than brief, this book is a perfect approach to a subject of a world mythology, informing something of everything picturesque.

Short and concise summaries of many of the world's mythologies presented in one book. Good for those wanting just a general knowledge or for a launching pad to further study. It's also filled with interesting, and sometimes beautiful, pictures.
