The ghouls have upped their game and retaliated in the worst way. Humans are waking up from the dream wars in random parts of the world, next to people they don't know, in countries they've never been to. When Kit and her team find out that the government is bed with the ghouls, she makes a promise to exploit them. But as more of Kit's gift emerges, she realizes that she just might be able to stop the dream wars forever.
This is a full length novel, action packed but always with an element of romance. Book One: Rising Book Two: Domination Book Three: Obliteration

Adoro a Kit, Damian sos todo lo que está bien. Es bastante interesante y mucho mejor que el anterior, se explican más las cosas. Maxine y Nox juntos por fin, I so happy. Me encanta el poderio de Kit, medio me esperaba el tema de sus dones, o al menos que iban a ser clave. El mejor plot fue el tema de las ghouls hembras
After all this time I still get goosebumps when I open a new Leia Stone book! Her writing and story building is always incredible and Domination did NOT let me down! Kits story is fast becoming one of my faves and that’s saying something since I never thought I’d enjoy the alien aspect much. Kit is an awesome character with depth who makes you do countless air punches when she’s being kicka$$! Jeremy is amazing and I don’t think that’s a good enough descriptive word for him! The twists Leia throws kill me and I am so excited to read book 3 I could burst! I HIGHLY recommend this series, you will not be disappointed! :)
I was completely sucked in to this sci-fi fantasy! It was so original. The concept of training during the day and fighting a war in your sleep was unlike anything I’ve ever read about. How does Leia do this with every single book she writes? How am I going to survive until book 3 in October?!
Amazing second part to the story. I’m so attached to all the characters and desperately want Dawn to be real. Can’t wait for the next book. Highly recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. This book starts as soon as the last book finished. After Jeremy and Damien created a cuff that helps protect the wearers against the ghouls, giving it away to as many people as possible and just asking for donations it tipped the favour to humanity but now the ghouls are fighting back and somehow transporting people bodies when they wake in in the real world to a completely different place from where they went to sleep, even next to complete strangers.
After a suggestion from Kit Jeremy thinks that it’s got to do with DNA so they test this theory by going in teams of two and when they get into the Dream Wars their partners will each add some blood to a tube to each other’s suits so fingers crossed that it works so they’ll wake back up in the same place. The teams of two don’t get split up but Damien and Kit wake up at her mum’s house in Florida and their friends/family all woke up in some place that has meaning to one person in each couple. They have no idea how the ghouls did it but that’s something to work out another day.
They find out that the government is working with the ghouls and that only a select number of rich a*seholes are safe and the rest of humanity be damned all for the green goop that’s all over Dream Wars as it’s a new clean fuel source so they find a way to hit them where it hurts. Jeremy also studies Kit to learn more about her powers, as he noticed that her powers are similar to that of the female breeder ghouls and he thinks that Kit can be used as a weapon to end the Dream Wars once and for all. I loved seeing Kit and Damien’s relationship strengthen during this book and seeing Nox and Maxine and Brisk and Ronnie finally sort their sh*t out as they’re all great together. Wow, what an ending and I’m really excited about reading the final book and seeing what happens. I’d definitely recommend this book, series and author to everyone.
Kit learns she has powers like the breeders. Her mentor & trainer comes to help her. Especially, when Kit gets trapped in the Dream Wars by the breeders. They steal her body & she can't wake up. Luckily Dawn is one step ahead of her. Roger brings her to sky home. Dawn has already talked the council into letting her stay at sky home until she can go back to Earth. Kit gets a tour or sky home & gets to meet some of the kids. Kit in exchange for staying there will tell the kids about Earth. Kit goes in search of food and water. She finds a file that include people that they want to kill. It also says the governments of all but two countries have agreed to let the the aliens eat the women, children, elderly, & anyone who is weak. In exchange for a fuel that lasts for years. The government found the mine that was making the mineral needed for the watches. Jeremy makes a deal with Kit in order to keep him from pitching a fit about moving again. However, she soon learns that you have to be careful when making deals with Jeremy. How she's going to find him a lizard when most of the animals are gone will be interesting. I am proud of her for finally moving her relationship forward with Damian. I love how Brisk finally solved his problem with Ronnie. It was a genius move to hire a hooker to pretend like they were having relations. It finally got Ronnie to react & do something about her love for Brisk. She wasn't letting any woman have what should have been her man. At the end of the book the make several missions against the government and the aliens.
Just when they thought they could finally have a chance to survive and have a good rest at night with the help of some device, the enemy retaliated by waking them up in a different country, separated from each other. In addition, they faced a new type of threat - giant villains, betrayal from the government, and a mind-controlling enemy targeting Kit specifically.
On the plus side, Love is blooming among the team members, which is a long time coming, and we finally get to know more about Kit's mental strength ability and the mysterious Sky home, a land belonging to Gladarias. I've been curious about the gentle creature's homeland and am glad to read about it in this book.
The logic behind some aspects was a bit off and needs more explanation. For example, the quick healing abilities, the availability of jetting Striker's private plane, and the travel speed are impressive. Striker industries must have plenty of jets and pilots on standby!
I also wonder how Jeremy managed to return to Damien the first time when he woke up in a different place. He must be freaking out! This book barely reached 200 pages, and providing all the information could improve the length of the story.
Despite all that, the story is captivating, full of surprises and twists that keep me engaged and guessing what will happen next. I love team Oorah, and they deserve five stars for the survival effort, the injuries they sustained and the love drama they provide.
She went ahead and did it again. Leia Stone, I’m obsessed. If the one sitting reading and binging isn’t making anything clear then let me say it: I am obsessed.
Kit Steele’s such a relatable badass. Relatable as in scared as hell when she should be and Badass as in scared as hell when she should be YET still kicking ass and minds. Damien Striker’s just perfect as her rock and I appreciate how he’s not overtaking Kit muthaf&$kin Steele’s book.
Also, happy happy stars for Master Aki, the master himself; Jeremy the genius, Jo & MI6 Dan, Santiago & team, Frikkin Dawn and Joan and Roger Cotton Candy Marshmallow!! Also all the stars for the four lovable nutcases that are Bronnie & Mox lol
Proper review later, I think. But yours truly is off to Book 3. I can’t wait for Kit to smoke all these Breeder asses.
Adios & Happy Reading, folks!
Note: Currently obsessed and biased so take this review with a grain of maybes because I’m currently running on a series high. I cannot be, or maybe can be, trusted. Book 3 here I goes!
Dream Wars: Domination picks up right where Dream Wars: Rising left off, and I love that this installment was even more action-packed than the first.
The ghouls are changing, the government is getting involved, and Kit's powers are emerging. Take all this and add in some humor and romance, and you've got a fast-paced story that sucks you in from the beginning. This story was definitely entertaining, and the twisty little surprise bombs made everything more engaging.
Leia Stone does a really nice job of building on the world she's created, and one of the things I consistently enjoy about her books are the interactions and relationships between the characters. I wish I had a friend like Jeremy, and Kit is still a bada**. I was also glad to see the romance between her and Damien progress further.
Overall, I enjoyed the story and look forward to the third and final book in the series, Dream Wars: Obliteration.
I thoroughly enjoyed Book 1 despite not liking Sci-Fi books, and was excited for the second book, but it does take a turn for crazy. The way the "ghouls" change the game in their favor gets discouraging fast. There are some plot holes where the concepts are hard to grasp, but I was able to just accept them for the crazy that they were and roll with the rest of the book. I usually get caught up on such details, but I was surprised at how I was ok just accepting them for the magic that they were. The characters get deeper and grow on you even more. I guess one of my main critiques is that the books are pretty quick reads, but again, I'm thankful there isn't a whole lot of "fluff". And considering each time the characters sleep and enter the dream war is so different and terrifying, I can see why the books are the lengths that they are. I was hooked after Book 1; and can't wait to read the final book in this unique series.
Shocks, Scares & The Worst Of Humanity Along Side The Best!!😲🙈😡💔🙏 A 4.5 Star Read 🌟 (Read using Kindle Unlimited) Domination (Dream Wars #2)
Heck that was roller coaster!!😲 The Breeders have shown their hand & are fighting back.😡 Humans are waking up from Dream Wars all around the globe having been separated from their teams, family's & friends upon waking!!😲 No one knows how they've managed to effect them on Earth but it's a scramble to try to get back to each other every time.😟💔
Kit receives another call from her 'inside man' with a warning, he's enraged with what he knows!!😳 It changes everything & has them moving again.💥 Fighting the grunts, sentries & breeders is bad enough under these circumstances but then something else awakens!😱 Dawn & all of the Galadrians become even more important once Kit is stranded.🙏 As do her psychic powers!!🙈😍 Its time to bring the right on all fronts!🌍💥🙏
This book picks back up almost immediately where the first book ended, which is always appreciated!
Kit and her band of merry men have found themselves with a brand new problem. Waking up from the dream wars separated in different places; states and even countries.
They’ve obviously put a wrench in the ghouls’ plans but the ghouls have no problem throwing it right back at them. But now they have a bigger problem of the big ghouls wanting to eat just about anything and anyone.
With Kit’s gift and Jeremy’s brain, they all believe they can end the dream wars. The breeders see this so now not only do they have to keep them safe from the big ghouls but now they have to keep Kit safe from the breeders too.
Kit is now mastering her gift with Master Aki and has learned more of the government’s actions. Her and her team are ready to f some stuff up!
This is still one of the most original reads for me and it will probably always stick with me! Very easy read and highly enjoyable!
edge of your seat read!! this is the second book in the dream wars series and it's more intense than the first book, with that said you really (like seriously!) should read the first book Dream Wars Rising first.
in this book Kit and the gang keep waking out of the dream wars in different parts of the world separate, and discover that the government plot is more sinister than they originally thought. they also learn that the gift Kit has been given may be their only salvation if they can survive long enough for her to learn to wield it. I feel I should also say that I LOVE!! Kits mom!! I aspire to be just like her when I grow up!! with that said please read the book it is awesome and I can't wait to see what happens next!!
The excitement continues in this next story in the Dream War series. The ghouls have escalated against the humans. Their abilities are changing and each one has a frightening repercussion for our team. The ghouls aren’t the only ones who are changing, Kit begins to tap into her own abilities that allows the team to move forward with their mission: saving Earth. Each page pulls us deeper into this strange and terrifying world and we get one step closer to the finale...only what kind of finale will it be?
Leia continues to amaze and thrill us with her creator and out of this world thinking. Can’t wait for the next book in this series!
So where to begin!? Government? Ghouls? Man this book is just Amazing. Leia takes you on another rollercoaster ride. So buckle up, take a seat and get ready to binge this whole book in a matter of hours!! I stayed up all night to read this book!! Damn government, you come to found out there they are good for nothing, scheming effers, and willing to some unspeakable things!! Damn female ghouls. I won’t say anything more, but just know that they ALL. NEED. TO. BURN!!! A big Fiery death. Leia has killed it with this second installment of Deam Wars: Domination. If you haven’t read the first one, what are you waiting for!? GO ONE CLICK!
This second book in the series picks right back up where book one left of and we're straight back into all the action and excitement. This is my favourite Leia Stone series to date. I just love all the world and character building in this series and think we really have some awesome characters. I love the building romance between Kit and Damien, it's got all that hot tension which is one of my favourite things about a romance. I really enjoyed reading this and am soooo looking forward to the third and final book, especially after that ending! A five star read for this exciting and gripping book.

Overlapping worlds with vast differences yet what happens in one world can affect the other. Monsters, aliens and dangerous green slime, there's is a world of stark beauty and horror. Humanity has proven it is greedy and will sacrifice its people for wealth Time and time again throughout history and now is no exception. There are always the righteous few standing up for the downtrodden and fighting back and these people fight in the Dream Wars. They are the believers, the rebels, the people who have lost someone close to them or just cannot stand by any more and wait to die. Fight or die, that this the battle cry.
I feel that this is the best series Leia Stone had written to date. I love the concept and the real life interaction between the characters. Reminds me of how I interact with my best friends. Jeremy is fast becoming my favorite in this series while I love the dynamic that is developing between Kit and Damien. Just when you think the heroes have finally made end roads against the enemy she drops another bomb on them. Can't wait for the third installment of this amazing series.
This is such a fantastic series!!! Despite now being separated and waking up in random places, Kit and her team find each other each time they wake up, and continue to work together as a team to try and figure out how to stop the Dream Wars once and for all. We find out more about the agreement between the Government and the ghouls, more about Kit's "gifts", and we see more of Dawn and the Galadrias. All of the team members as individuals and a team grow, and I love the romantic relationships! Love the progression of Kit and Damien's relationship. Love Damien's devotion to Jeremy.
Stunning, Courageous, Fantastic, Hilarious, Maddening, Badasses, Heroes, outstanding writing, totally captivating, encouraging, deep perspective and growth of characters. I didn’t even realize I was at the end of the book because I was so absorbed in the story. Leia Stone you did it again- the ending!!! I have been absolutely thrilled as I’ve read this book. I love the writing style, literally everything about this series, it just really speaks to me as a reader.
Wow Leia Stone does it again. We get to see how what happened in after the dream war bands were released to the world but don't you worry the creatures in the Dream Worlds have they own payback. This book kept me on the seat of my pants from the time I started it to the time I ended. I love how the characters have all grown closer and I love the development of the characters throughout this book. I can't wait to read the next book to see what will find out next!!!
If you liked the first book, you'll love the second one. Things finally get all hot and steamy with Kit and Damien and they finally sleep together! She lets him in and out kind of changes her. Things in the Dream Wars take a strange turn and Kit has to come to terms with the fact that she alone holds the power to end this for good. We also see more of Jeremy inn this book. I can't wait for the third book to be released!
This book was even better than the first of the series! I have to say, the first one came across a little dry and...simple. Idk how else to say it. But it was still a fun quick read that left me hanging so I rolled right into book 2. Shut up it was so good! The author dove in deeper with the character building and the plot and it gets intense. Like “did that just happen?” Kind of stuff going on. So if you were iffy after the first one, just keep going. Hopefully #3 will come out soon!
I particularly loved this series of books because rhe premise is not your same old urban fantasy stuff. Unique concept, great characters, and exceptional world building. Found it quite suspenseful. My only gripe - where's book 3?! Book 2 ended on a big cliffhanger. The author says in the afterword that book three was due out Oct '18, but here its April '19, and no word, no offer to pre-buy. Hope she hasn't given up on it!
The breeders run everything. And now they are after Kit. The Galadias help her, letting her on their Sky Home, and she finds the government's building in Dream Wars and files that show which countries are collaborating with the ghouls. And the place on Earth they are storing the green fuel. And Kit and company told it back to Dream Wars and blows it up. Then they get caught they're and...
Oh, man... Why? Why is this series so awesome? I liked this book so much more than the fist one. It was full of romance and action and so many decisive moments. I loved getting to know so many other layers of the characters Kit is just so amazing and poweful I really liked this book. I liked that it seemed like everything they thought they knew was shifted in this book and gave everything a new dimention somehow.
Kit is still battling the zombies in the otherworld, but she has a purpose to save the world now.
Kit and Damien start a new relationship, while trying to help Damien's brother Jeremy make defensive weapons for the world. The issue is time, with the dream world constantly changing, and the world leaders making deals with the aliens, if they're not careful they're all going to die.
