Kiša, krevet, topao čaj ili kafa i ova knjiga... Ako baš hoćete da se dotučete. Toliko je fokusirana na unutrašnja osećanja i misli, da cela priča potpuno nestane. Znam da su devedesete bile čudno vreme i da smo tada otkrili da imamo osećanja ali ovde to definitivno guši priču.
Sali i Džilijan imaju, u teoriji, sjajnu dinamiku, ali sam bila toliko forsirano emotivno distancirana od njih (kakav paradoks) da me zapravo do kraja nije ni zanimalo kako će da se završi sve.
Takođe, mnogo toga je nedorečeno, nerazvijeno... Mogla je ovo da bude odlična misterija/porodična drama, jedna od onih "fantastika za čaj i ćebe".
Sali i Džilijan imaju, u teoriji, sjajnu dinamiku, ali sam bila toliko forsirano emotivno distancirana od njih (kakav paradoks) da me zapravo do kraja nije ni zanimalo kako će da se završi sve.

Počela sam da čitam ovu knjigu zbog mog omiljenog comfort filma, koga gledam jednom godišnje, i ušla sam bez nekih očekivanja jer je film malo chick-flick. Iako je ovo ljubavna priča u suštini, dopalo mi se jer je pripovedanje lagano i ritam ujednačen, a opisi su jako evocative. Likovi su svi jasno postavljeni i mogla sam da se povežem sa njima. Pristrasna sam kad su veštice u pitanju! Nije bogznašta ali je lepo za npr. čitanje na moru😂
