Comprehensive and details the branching paths along with expansion details. Maps are very good and helpful as quick reference to keep moving.

Because sometimes its easier to look up some character's StoryLine progress without replaying the game a bazillion times (not like played...only about 200 hours ..per system....or so.. ahem)
All the usual suspects are here - full list of named NPCs, all items from weapons to wearables, every single mapped location (and some that aren't marked on pipboy but more of "300steps west of broken power-line" or "walk 7 paces from the corpse, turn left, dodge the bloatfly & look down!" places). Trophy/Achievement lists, Quest flow-charts, DLC's info... If its in the un-modded vanilla game, its in this book
Plus a giant map of the Capital Wastelands. GIANT fold-out MAP

Video games are a breeze now with a full on walkthrough of what to do when you find yourself stuck. I find it makes challenging games a bit more enjoyable.
