Totally loved this book and I applied all the tips explained and they worked perfectly. It’s totally relatable to amateurs and experienced alike. The author broke down everything in simpler terms making it easy to understand, assimilate and practice.
Every woman needs to read this book..... I read this book in a couple of hours because once I started I couldn't put it down. It's so informative, the tiniest of books with the most interesting and informative information. Simply put, extremely however very effective, reinforcing information in an easy-to-follow and understanding way to get the point across. I've already re-read it twice and will try and read parts of it every day to remind me of my journey to a better relationship.

In all honesty this book called me out on alot of things I’m guilty of, got me to me actually realise and understand how men really do think.
