Not my favourite cookbook (mainly due to recipe selection) but the recipes are well laid out, easy to follow & (certainly the first one I tried) worked well (always a bit of a worry the first time!).
I'm unlikely to use many of these recipes often, more because I am a fussy eater than anything wrong with the recipes themselves.
