Der Titel hat mich zum Kauf geleitet und erst während dem Vorwort habe ich gemerkt, dass es so gar nicht um dieses wirkliche Hexending und Witchcraft geht... es ist sozusagen ein Selfcare/Selflove Buch aber angepasst an Hexen und deren „Klischees“.

Ich mochte die zweite Hälfte viel besser als die erste Hälfte des Buches. Die „A Spell for“ Seiten haben mir alle gut gefallen! Es war zwar nie etwas Neues dabei aber die Art und Weise wie verschiedene Themen wie Selbstliebe und Selfcare dargestellt wurden, mochte ich.

Ich hatte jedoch echt Mühe mit manchen Kapitel und wie unnatürlich die rüberkamen. Zudem fand ich es nicht okay, dass auf der einen Seiten das Thema Selbstliebe die ganze Zeit angepriesen wird und auf der anderen Seite wurde eine Glatze als „not feminine“ dargestellt. Wer sagt, dass sich eine Frau mit einer Glatze nicht weiblich fühlt? Zum Teil war es wirklich too much...
Eine Lektüre für Zwischendurch. Nicht tiefsinnig und nicht aussergewöhnlich.

Das Buch ist einfach nur schrecklich!
ich kann nicht beschreiben wie schlimm ich das Buch finde.. yikes
