1. Identity the struck state, where you push and pull but stay oscillate in the same state.
2. Construct the 4 phases: current negative that you try to avoid, current positive that you want to keep, future negative you afraid of, future positive you want.
3. Find the stop signs that stop you from acting, these could be current positive that you don't want risk losing, future negative that you don't want to deal with... identify them and unplug.
4. Be clear on what you want to be, not what you want to do. Find the state you want to BE after doing all things you think you should do. Focus on the outcome, instead of the "issues or problems" you currently have.
5. Increase awareness of the circumstances by release/relax, take a deep breath and observe
6. Make a small adjustment on your response to your situation
7. Witness if the small adjustment helps you to get closer to what you want or where you want to be.
8. Apply direct learning that you photo read 5 books that you think can help you to solve your problem. Believe in your subconsciousness.
9. Make a decision for your oscillations. Do you really want it? Does it really matter? Once decide, be determined. You must win it because there are no other options. You must believe you will be what you want to be without any double.
10. Note down any small good signs on moving in the right direction. Celebrate and be proud of it.
11. Spend 80% of the time defining the problem. Did you get the right problem to solve?
12. Generate 10 options to solve each problem, don't act when you only have 1 option, think more.

Paradoxical objectives trying to be fulfilled at the same time lead to "stuckness". The subconscious mind does not hold us back; it is trying to fulfill objectives, which we might not be aware of.
