Great book with true or false questions to assess students' schema for rocks and minerals. Lots of colorful,real-life pictures of rocks further aid in the student's overall comprehension of rocks and minerals. Index in the back is user friendly and can be used for quick reference for a particular rock or mineral.

This is an informational book about rocks and minerals. This book makes a statement then asks true or false. On the following page, it tells whether the statement was true or false and then explains why to that answer.

Great information and great pictures. It does support macro evolution that is the only reason I gave it a 4.

According to this book, the moon (4.5 billion years) is older than Earth (3.8 billion years). I'd like to know more where this science came from in knowing this.
