It was okay but most of the recipes did not seem authentic to me-there was a lot of cake mixes, packaged foods, and name brands mentioned and pretty much none of the restaurants I like were included. In fact, I had never heard of many of them and I rather doubt if they are making their recipes even remotely this way. These aren't really America's Most Popular Restaurants.
A lot of really tasting sounding recipes! Unfortunately most are time consuming and contain quite a few ingredients. As a person who works full time, I think I would just be better off going out to eat these delicious dishes most the time. However, if you have the time these recipes to sound good!
Neat book with recipes on some of your dining out favorites. Not all chains are in my location. Some of them are tempting enough to try to see if they compare to the restaurant food. Most ingredients seem to be available in my grocery store.
Not copycat worthy. Just basic, basic breakdowns of the items. Doesn't wind up tasting anything like the store versions at all. Todd Wilbur's series is much better.
