I'm not much of a believer in hypnosis, but this book was recommended to me by someone whose opinion I trust, so I decided to give it a try. It's a book of transcripts of stories told to a psychotherapist's patients under hypnosis, and it includes each patient's backstory and a little of what happened in reaction to the story. The book only includes success stories, but they are very powerful ones that show the effectiveness of hypnotherapy. Interesting stuff.
