In Hunter Brown and The Eye of Ends, the heart pounding conclusion of Hunters previous adventures begins with an even bigger surprise, his memory is gone. With no knowledge of his last visit to Solandria, Hunter must fight to piece together the growing puzzle of his past under the constant surveillance of an intimidating detective, who isn't all that he seems. But what begins as a harmless search for memories quickly leads him into a deadly hunt for his missing father and a lost relic said to predict the story's end. Answers lie in the Eye of Ends, but one question can the Eye be trusted? Will Hunter succeed in finding his father, or will the mysterious Watcher erase everything Hunter has fought for and everyone he loves, before the final page is turned?
Hunter Brown and The Eye Of Ends, is the third and final thrilling adventure of a young Boy named Hunter, who with lack of a father in his life finds himself struggling through a new faith found in the mysterious author who supposedly created all there is. For me what was so appealing about this book series it seemed as if there was never a dull moment, and it really does hit home with the main theme of life is going to throw you some major curve balls and you just have to have faith enough to keep trucking. Another thing that I loved about this story was the development of the Main character. As the story progressed through time you really got to watch as Hunter developed and grew. It was like I could identify with Hunter as he learned and struggled some of what he struggled with I could identify with. Another thing that really seemed to draw me to this amazingly well written book series was it's a Christian book, but it gives someone with a vivid imagination like mine something to believe in,but it does it in a way that doesn't shove the belief down your throat and tries to convince you that it's what you should believe. I'm kind of sad that this is the ending of this series because there was a whole lot that I could take and apply to my own life, but I look forward to the prospect of another new book.
If you crave adventure, creative worlds, mythical people, and a story of courage with faith; you will truly enjoy this series. I would give this book a 4.5 star rating because the content and movement of the story is well written. This book is a book for pre-teens and teens. It could be for adults too, but the story line is for younger people. I do like the saying used in the storyline; "Everything will be exactly as it should be." This is a great key to take with you everyday after or during your reading of this story. I like the purpose of the storyline and think the Miller Brothers did a fabulous job of pulling in the Word without having to preach it. Do we have questions about our world, the Authors authority, or about "why" someone acts the way they do? Do we miss judge someone's true character? Do we think we could do a better job of answering these questions than anyone else? These are questions Hunter must ask, and it may take all of him to find the answers. I highly recommend this book to pre-teens and teens alike.
I thought it was a pretty awesome conclusion to the trilogy. Teaches you you can't always trust first impressions. I'd definitely recommend this book to ages 11 and up. :)
I had to wait almost two years for this book to come out, and after thoroughly enjoying the first two books I hoped it would be worth the wait, and it was, it was a great end to my still favorite book series in the entire world. All questions answered, the plot finished fully with no cliffhangers, you almost don't want it to end. but to all great things must come an end. I highly recommend this book and the others before it.
A great end to this trilogy. My son who is 11 has thoroughly enjoyed the hardships, and discussing the tough choices and the symbolism involved in these stories. Awesome!
5/13/24 review The journey is over…yet somehow, I don’t want it to end. I want to hear more of Hunter, Triss and Hope. Honestly…all the characters–except
My praise about the book: 🤍I’m sorry… 🤍Desi's whips are sick...
Anyways, awesome series and would definitely recommend! Remember, you are never alone!
I thought this book was pretty good. I really liked all the characters again, but I don't like how Hunter Brown wouldn't just be patient and wait for Hope again. It drove me insane. Otherwise I really liked this book. It wasn't as good as the first book, but it was good.
