This book is pretty silly and there is one part that is a little confusing. Other than that it is a pretty easy read. I might add it to my classroom library, because it could appeal to girls and help them become more interested in reading.
Mom says: "Thank goodness for the public library Kindle loans! I had a very grumpy girl desperate for reading material this weekend and was able to upload these instantly."

It's every kid's worst nightmare when the teacher moves next door. Katie's life gets very complicated when first her teacher moves in, and then reveals that she doesn't like dogs at all. What's worse, Katie has become Pepper!
Cute and fun story from the point of view of a dog - SQUIRREL!
In Doggone It, it made me feel sorry for Pepper that someone else's dog was eating Mrs. Derkman's vegetables and Pepper got blamed for it and had to be on a leash.
