A great mix of style and characters in this enjoyable short story collection.

Since Tielle St. Claire's Vampires and Donuts is the only book I have in this collection I will only review that one.

The start is quite promising, that the heroine stands up to the vampire hero over some trivial manner. The action scenes in the middle and in the end is also nice, that it lessens my boredom in any book. There are many sex scenes, that also after the battle, the h/H have sex. Mind you, Brand just killed another vampire in the same place that they have sex with the female and before the battle they also have sex in that room. I think one less sex scene is better than forcing to put another one in the end.

Anyway, the plot is promising that I hope the story is much longer. This story has a lot more potential.

I only read the Jaci Burton contribution called "A Little Tickle".

The concept was that a shifter changes into a different (unknown) animal everytime she sneezes (hilarious), and she feels it's time to let her boyfriend of two months know before it gets anymore serious. The execution of this ridiculous storyline was amazing. It was extreemly funny, even at it's crisis points.

If you like the shifter theme, I think you might really enjoy this take on 'shifters'.
