4.0 Some good stories in there - many of them not (or not strictly) alternate history. I'm always a bit wary when a white dude writes about Black people, but I think both the stories concerned were very respectful and well-researched and they weren't Black stories in the usual sense. Some of the stories were a bit much geared towards a pun (looking at you General Tolbuhkin), but even those were interesting enough to stand on their own.
