This book was Amazing! I am so ready to hop up to the plate and sink my teeth into real, professional, products. I want to stroll up to a butcher's counter and order varieties of meat that are far from the classic 3 (beef, pork, chicken).
This book even teaches you how to make your own rubs and spices! I am so eager to grab a T-bone steak and marinate in it cherry cola and brush it with a custom homemade barbecue sauce! Then give it a make out session with the flames of my Barbecue and cook it nice. This book has me so interested in using my grill more and getting in touch with my outdoor living. I have been cooped up inside, and getting out in the fresh Canadian air of the hot summer, cooking away at all this bounty, it would be a nice refresher course in the dining experience.
All the world has it's foods, and they are there for the taking, mind you, if they are backed up by some serious financial gain. This is the problem for most of us. We all want to eat such extavagents as roasted quail, or grilled lobster thermidor with a crab and cheese crust, but sadly, we must pay for our most basic need to survive, food.
I will own this cookbook, and cook everything in it!
