No teacher is replaced by an alien lookalike in this entry, but at least the teacher is out of the room when the craziness goes down. Very silly, easy read, and I love that Bob's best friend is a girl (Clementine). You don't get too many books at this level where boys admit it's okay to be friends with a girl.

No wonder my kids love these books! Perfect humor for intermediate level kiddos. Short chapters with several pictures in between. Easy for kids to read in a couple of days.
