Might need to buy this one. Lots of good recipes although not planning on going totally "clean" and gluten- and dairy- free. Just less processed.

Basic for some, but hits the spot for me!

As an intro to clean eating, this was extremely informative and helpful. It includes some handy links that I bookmarked as well as some recipes that sound like something I might actually make.

This book had enough helpful information that I ended up buying a copy for myself.

As a newcomer at clean eating, this guide was a good start. This guide was easy to understand and gave me the basic foundations of clean eating . The first couple of chapters illustrate why clean eating is a better lifestyle (without condemning your current lifestyle) and gives you practical tips on how to be successful. I haven't tried out the recipes though. Truthfully, only a few look appetizing to me, but for the most part, they seem fulfill Welland's promise of being relatively simple and quick to make.

Very interesting book on a "new" diet with old roots. Good, practical recipes that can easily be incorporated into any meal plan. Realistic view on going clean and how to do it.

Having already read a couple of books on Eating Clean, I didn't learn much from this one. However, there are some really great recipes!

This is the first book I read cover to cover on clean eating. Since I knew practically nothing, this was an awesome overview that really gave me ideas on how to start making a lifestyle change.
