With depression on the rise, Dr Sabina Dosani presents a number of different techniques that can be used to help when battling stress, anxiety, and depression.

The book is relatively short, and contains 51 tips split over 52 chapters (the last chapter is used to describe the many different types of depression medication). The tips range from the straightforward and obvious, to unique ways at looking at different situations.

While it may not be of help to everyone suffering from depression, there are a number of ideas to try when you find your mood slipping in to that dark & troubled place.

I know this book is meant to be read in one sitting, however when i used to go through my worst panic attacks i'd flip open this book to a random page and do what it said, and it always made me feel better. This book has become a staple in my life. I suggest if you have anxiety that you buy this book!
