Another great book from Jim Donovan. Whilst some of the content re goals reflects other literature the book provides great guidance on how to ensure that goals will actually be achieved. I really enjoyed reading this book and it is highly recommended to ensure that you experience the best that life has to offer.
Bad, bad title. The title suggests the book is for older persons who want to go into old age being healthier -- at least that's what I thought when I read the title. It's actually just a rehash of timeworn suggestions for creating what you want in life -- set goals, write affirmations, exercise, eat healthy, etc., etc. Others have covered this ground well before Mr. Donovan.
Free on kindle. Great inspirational tips. Author has an easy voice to read. I felt a hook to the stories of the people from Fairfield and Norwalk. They were strong examples and I felt connected because we have lived in both places.
This is not a bad book, but I fell out of love with it after awhile and decided to give it up. I think it's just that I've heard a lot of this before; your mileage may vary.
No stars given because I don't rate books I don't finish.
