Squeek (lil Monster) challenges you to be different & step outside your comfort zone & try/do new
things.

I do not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing free books from publishers & authors. Therefore, I am under no obligation to write a positive review, only an honest one.

An awesome book cover, great hand-drawn colored pictures, charming illustrations & proper font & writing style. A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary age) elephant storybook. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s movie, educational presentation (separation & growth), an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini-TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars.

Probably my favorite of the worry woo books. It talks about Squeek, the monster in his emotionally protective bubble who one day wakes to find his bubble has stepped aside encouraging him to explore and live in the world. It's a hopeful message great for kids who struggle with shyness, low self-esteem, separation anxiety etc.

This is not only a good book for children but for adults as well that struggle with anxiety in regards to trying new things vs remaining safe in one's comfort zone. More often than not, there is a safe zone that surrounds a new beginning. It is okay to step out and try new things.

So far, this is my favorite Worry Woos book. A great metaphor about stepping out of your bubble, your comfort zone, and embracing life!! And, again, I must say - such beautiful artwork!!
