Hi, I'm Elizabeth Amber, author of The Lords of Satyr series of hot historical paranormal romance novels: Nicholas, Raine, Lyon, Dominic, Dane, Bastian, and Sevin (2012). I'm a museum junkie and love history and archeology. When I was an art history major at university many years ago, I became fascinated with Greco-Roman artifacts. I’ve visited many archeological sites and museums in Italy and Greece. All those ancient urns, frescoes, and amphorae decorated with lusty satyrs, maenads, and Bacchus (or Dionysus) celebrating the annual grape harvest inspired The Lords of Satyr novels.

I wasn't sure what to make of this when I first started reading it. It's quite different from other paranormal books out there which made me really like it. I didn't feel lost in any way, even though I haven't read the others in this series. This is set in Italy and is a scorcher for those who like their books hot. Dane Satyr knows he wants Eva and sets out to woo her by any means necessary. Eva has secrets that need to stay hidden. It's going to take a lot for Dane to win her over, but that's what makes this story a keeper.

Love this series and it seems like every book is even better than the last.

This group of Satyr Lords is set apart from the ones before it. Set in Rome, Dane is a tormented soul and a younger brother of the Satyrs here. Abducted when he was young along with his younger brother, he escaped but left with psychological scars from his ordeal. His brother, however, was never found. Still searching for Lucien, Dane decides he needs a wife in order to stay in this realm. Eva, a marriage broker (and secret female Satyr) is enlisted to help him find a wife. But what they get is more than either of them bargained for.

There is so much that I loved about this book. Dane was more vulnerable, and more human than many of the other-worldly Satyr's are portrayed. His split personalities were very much a part of his character. They worked to protect him from times when he was vulnerable in order to keep horrible memories from incapacitating him. Eva is a strong character in her own right. She was a great match for Dane. Her up bringing was oppressive and she had a lot to over come. The villain in this book remained a mystery til near the end. Just when you thought you had it figured out it all goes a different direction.

Love this book, and all of this series. The erotica is tastefully woven into the story to enhance instead of detract. Always looking forward to reading the next one.

This book takes place 43 years after the first novella in Dominic. Dane is the third of 4 brothers. The parents died when Dane was 8 years old but the book makes no mention of who the parents are so I found myself wondering who's grandchildren are these satyrs.

Once again, there is a cult of perverse females to contend with, courtesans and other Elsewhere creatures.

I did enjoy this book and I liked the author's take on the tormented hero. I felt she dealt with the nature of his torment very well.

I am curious to see if Elizabeth Amber will continue the series with books about Dane's brothers, Bastian, Sevin and Lucien. I would very much like to see Bastian find his HEA and his conflict over it. In many ways, he reminds me the most of Nicholas so his path to a HEA would be very entertaining.

Just finished a review copy of this and loved it. Very well written; great sexual tension. Sizzling hot historical. As always, Elizabeth Amber writes about unusual relationships with surprising twists. Dane and the heroine both seemed perfect together and right for each other, which is very important component of any romance novel for me.

Two more brothers to come in this new trilogy of half-satyr men set in late 1800s Rome during the excavation of the Roman Forum: Bastian and Sevin!

I was confused throughout the book. I later found out that this was the fifth book in the series. I didn't like or care about the characters. Also, there were a lot of sexual scenes, which I ended up skipping.

Oh my gosh, where do I start... For those of you that come to my Lair enough ~ know that I love Ms. Elizabeth Amber's work. I am in love with Nicholas, the first book in this erotic series. So, I am warning you ~ if you do not want to hear about how amazingly awesome she is... or how amazingly freaking hawt this book is... you can stop reading.

But if I have piqued your interest.... and I hope to the Lords Satyr's olive grove I did... Let's continue...

Just like the one's before, this book is awesome. **cue the angelic music playing cuz the Heavens have opened** I do have to say, Ms. Amber blew me out the water with this one. There were twists and turns in this book that I just did not expect to find. Just when I thought I knew the stories of the Satyr brother's, Ms. Elizabeth threw me for a loop I will not forget. The stories just keep getting better and better!

Dane is a man on a mission. A mission of finding out what happen to a past that he can not remember. A past so terrible that his mind created multiple personalities to help him cope. A past where he lost one of his brothers. How does one cope with that and being the best Elsewhere Tracker... that is being tracked?

***oh and just so you know... Dane is a Sex on a Stick man***

Eva is a woman who has the weight of the world on her shoulders. She is the essential care takers of all that reside under roof with her. Eva does what she has to ~ play matchmaker for Elsewhere creatures to humans in upper society ~ to keep a roof over their head, food on the table and clothes on their back. She crossed over from Elsewhere for her own agenda though ~ to seek out her father. The man that sired her and left her and Maman.

Dane has two other brother's to deal with ~ Bastian and Sevin ~ for they share the family land. Dane feels like the lost of Lucien was his fault and has carried that burden on his shoulders for so long. But he refuses to give up hope. He knows that Luc is out there... some where. The not knowing ~ gnawing at him everyday. Being known as the best Tracker in Elseworld does not help him.... so that pisses him off that he cannot locate his brother. Oh and do not forget the harping of the Council wanting him and his brothers to wed a human in order to bred ~ is always a constant thing.

Eva crossed over from Elsewhere World with one thing on her mind ~ to find her father. But in order to cross over into Earth World, she had to go through an application process. The process was not easy... You see, Eva has a secret that only a few people know about. And if Elsewhere found out what she was..... besides fey (her mother's side of the family...) well, Eva is just scare of what they would do if they found her out.

This whole story intrigued me beyond my beliefs. While this story is about Dane, it is also a story of a broken man. A man with two other personalities living inside of him. One ~ Dante ~ comes out when it is time for carnal pleasures... he is the over bearing one. And the other one ~ Daniel ~ does not come out... he stays hidden in the corner of Dane's mind with secrets that Dane wishes he knew. Ms. Amber weaved the story very carefully that it made perfect sense at what was going on with Dane. You did not feel pity for him... for that is not what he would want from you. You actually feel the devotion Dane has to his family.

Eva will pull at your heart strings. She is a wonderful woman. I loved that she was a woman I could see myself taking under my wing as a best friend. She is a refreshing heroine ~ she tries to do what is expected of her by everyone; but knows in her heart ~ that she must do things for herself. Kinda take life by the horns and shake them up. She lives with her maidservant she has had since she was a baby - Odette, a fey gentlemen -Pinot and two adorable fey girls... who were abandoned at a very young age (they were left on the streets to fend for themselves and being of Elsewhere creatures, you could only imagine their fate if every found by the Humans). Eva has a heart of gold and she wants to see everyone happy. She truly does, but in the process, she wants some of that happiness for herself. Is that too much to ask for?

Oh my gosh... this is one story... that really left me mesmerized. And to think I have not even touched on the villains for this story. And believe me... they have them and they will make you want to take a shower and risen them off. Creepy bad... I could not believe some of things that they did or that were being done. But oh my gosh - they did. But for every villain, there is a hero and heroine and this story does not fall short of them! Big and little, old and young, this story is brimming with "hero of the day!"

Ms. Elizabeth rocked my world. This story wrapped me up and did not let me go. The story line was very well delivered. The pace of the story was also done to a "t." Dane and Eva gave you their stories and their background. I loved learning what made them who they were. But I do have to say that Ms. Amber reallly pushed the envelope with this story ~ in a very delicious, wickedly hot way. We touched on domination and submission... we touched on sexual exploits that I really never saw coming. The heat level in this book was enough to catch a few pages on fire while I was reading. Now I will say this about the story, I never thought I would see Ms. Amber pen such an erotic tale. And I mean... the other brother's are erotic. They all are... But this... Oh man.... This book is very erotic. ((And I have a feeling more is to come)) This book takes a trip on the wild side for the time period this is etched in. Humans and Elseworld creatures. But it is all Dane and Eva ~ they pushed all the right buttons together and made the story come alive with passion, lust, desire, need and a love that was burning deep down.

Ms. Amber did it again and I simply can not wait for Bastian's story.... She has managed to intrigue me, bespell me, make me angry, make me proud, make me want revenge for those that were hurt... but most of all... she made me fall in love.

What would you do to secure your future? What would you do to secure the future of others that depend on you for their future? How dangerous can secrets be - in life, in love and in hate? Can secrets ruin lives? What happens when you remember things your mind was trying to get you to forget? Is there redemption for people that are cruel? What if those people ~ are people you care for? Would you be willing to walk away from love for the sake of someone else or what someone else wanted for you?

Will you take this journey with Dane and Eva to find out what the future holds for them? I promise this is one journey you will not want to miss!

On a side note: You are introduced to his brothers (which sets up the stories to come *cough cough*) and their characters edge their way into your heart... and passion... preparing you for what is to come.

Superweird but sort of fascinating. I kept reading but my eyebrows were pretty much permenantly right up in my hairline. Perhaps I should have started with the first in the series. I think I may have that somewhere so I may yet give it a try...

Dane: Lords of Satyr by Elizabeth Amber
Paranormal Romance - May 25th, 2010
4 1/2 stars

Dane is the fabulous return to the Lords of the Satyr series. Elizabeth Amber has brought new depth to her characters and fascinating new twists that will keep fans of the Satyrs spellbound and convert new readers to her series. This series has been characterized by: strong, charismatic, and enigmatic Satyr men with insatiable 'appetites,' extremely sensual scenes and a decadent world of magic. All of which have thrilled me from her very first book, Nicholas. I felt this book was a real departure from the series in that I felt so emotionally connected to both the main characters.

What makes the latest installment of the Lord of the Satyrs intriguing is that Dane is no 'normal' Satyr. Dane is one of Nicholas's sons. He is super sexy and powerful but Dane was kidnapped at a young age. When he was taken he was abused and although he escaped he was unable to rescue his younger brother. Dane has coped by developing different personalities to deal with the pain and most of his memories were repressed. Dane is also tormented by the fact he could not save his brother who is still lost and being tortured. Unlike his brothers and other Satyrs Dane does not revel in his sexuality. In fact, the only way he can have sex during the pull of the moon is when his alter ego Dante takes over his body so he can forget. But Dane discovers a surprising and enjoyable change when he finds an attractive interloper on his grounds. There is something different about Eva. She attracts him and for the first time he notices he actually has sexual cravings that do not repulse him and he can remember her! Dane is determined to make her his 'own.' But Eva has secrets of her own. And pursuing Eva means stripping away both their secrets one by one.

Eva is a one of a kind female Satyr and if she were discovered she would be enslaved. Desperate to hide her identity she uses a secret olive potion that prevents her from being detected. However, the olives only reside on the Lord of the Satyr's olive grove. Using a map Eva finds herself becoming lost and the enjoying the unwanted attentions of a Satyr named Dante on the full moon. Knowing full well she cannot be discovered she struggles for release before he can detect her real identity. Unfortunately, her forbidden attraction to Dane are a complication she doesn’t need.

There were 2 things about this story that I simply loved. One was the way Elizabeth Amber cleverly has Dane's different personalities. The reasons behind them and the insecurities and vulnerability behind them made for an engrossing read. Usually the Lords of the Satyrs are so self-confident and sometimes even distant/strong I don't feel as connected to them as the female characters. I enjoyed Dane’s journey as he finally realizes his full potential. I also loved that Eva is the first female Satyr, it made her more on equal footing than any other of the previous mates of the Satyrs since I felt she could match them sexually. (I really hope the author has more female Satyrs!) I also liked that Eva could call her own male Shimmerskins! She conjures one who looks like Dane to pleasure her. Oh yeah! (For those new to the series at the full moon the Satyrs have uncontrollable sexual urges and often call magical Shimmerskins to help release their sexual tension.) Wouldn’t that be nice in real life!

This is a fabulous continuation to a series that is remarkable in its imagination and feel of old world decadence. I enjoyed it from the first page and didn't want to let go of the last. The only aspect I found might be difficult for first time readers is that because this is the 5th book in the series the author assumes that you have some knowledge of the Lords of the Satyrs and the history with their enemies. Although it isn’t too difficult to figure out it may be a little hard for a new reader to orient themselves initially.

Not since her first novel Nicholas have I been so 'wowed.' If you love this series you will enjoy this book as it brings a new emotional depth to the Satyrs that I found fascinating, I'm so glad Dane has more brothers to read about. (I specifically would like to know about Dane's kidnapped brother-Hint!)

Fresh and original I am enthralled and bedazzled by this vibrant and sexy paranormal series.

This is the fifth book in Elizabeth Amber's sexy series of creatures from the ElseWorld that act as protectors to the secrets of their kind along the vineyards of 1880's Italy. The Lords of Satyr in this book consist of Dane who came to the area in search of his missing brother Lucien, and his other brothers Bastian and Sevin who are helping him with the search. All the brothers are popular in society but have secrets to protect that if found out could lead to their death. They are creatures called Satyrs, who on every Moonful must give in to their baser nature in an attempt to find a mate. On one such Moonful, Dane comes across a woman who makes him feel things he's never felt before. He longs to see her again, but he first has a mission to complete. He's illegally left the military to find his brother Luc who's been missing for ten years. Dane and he were kidnapped as children, but Dane escaped after a year of brutality unable to help his brother. Dane has no memory of that time and as a coping mechanism he is left with two other personalities, Dante and Daniel, who struggle for dominance throughout the story. In order to remain in town legally, the ElseWorld Council tells Dane to wed and breed children to protect his family's place in society and thus all ElseKind's secrets. To do that, he's sent to matchmaker Evangeline Delacorte who has secrets of her own.

Eva has longed to reconnect with the mystery man who made her heart and body melt on the last Moonful and is extremely surprised to find him as her latest client. Their meeting is again combustible, and even though Eva knows that being around him could be dangerous to keeping her own secrets, she agrees to help him find a wife. Eva too has a mission, that of finding her birth father to shed light on why she's the way she is. She also swore to her mother that she'd marry a man of wealth and not someone who'd abandon her with nothing. So while showing Dane prospective wives, she sets her sights on her best friend's brother Gaetano. As they work to find their prospective mates, they grow closer together and closer to unlocking the secrets in Dane's mind. Secrets that bring their enemies closer and ultimately leads to a disturbing reveal that affects entire families and leaves the reader clamoring for more.

This is a very steamy read with strong-willed characters and an intriguing mystery. The villains are truly vile and their cruelty is cringe-worthy. The story is fast paced and has your heart pumping during the final chapters. The ending promises more to come by leaving some very interesting questions unanswered and with three handsome brothers still to tell their story you'll definitely want to pick up the next Lords of Satyr book.

I first saw an excerpt of Dane over at Cecile's place and though it was an interesting premise. I was a bit leery of a guy with two penises, but it wasn't weird (really!).

The storyline was good and it kept me interested. (The dual penises were a part of the Satyr genetics - they only came out at full moon and were very erotic but not the focus of the story.) We learn that Dane and his younger brother were kidnapped many years ago. Dane mysteriously reappeared one year later but they still have not found his brother. Because of his experience, Dane has multiple personalities that come out when it's time for the full moon.

The story starts with Dane walking around on his land, when he finds Eva in his forest. He senses she's not human, but can't figure out what she is. It's full moon, and he starts to seduce her, but she gets away before she gets the whole "Satyr"treatment (*wink, nudge*). What Dane doesn't know, and we don't learn until Eva gets home, is that she is the only female Satyr, and as such is very valuable and succeptible to kidnapping; which is why she disguises her scent. We learn she has needs at full moon that only a Satyr can fulfill, so she creates a "shimmer skin" (fake man) to assist her in fulfilling her needs.

Eva is a marriage broker for the "Elseworld" (the non-humans living on earth). Due to a disease years ago, most of the Elseworld females cannot procreate, and therefore the men marry human women. Dane hires Eva to find him a wife. While she is working on this, they attend many functions together and are attracted to each other.

The storyline of Eva and Dane getting to know each other was twined nicely with Dane and his brothers searching for their missing youngest brother. The bad guys in this story were unrepentantly bad and I loved it! (I was a bit surprised at the culprit.)

I liked Eva but was a bit frustrated that she didn't ask some of the questions of Dane that she should have up front. She is able to see auras and Dane's auras changed with his personalities. I don't think, based on her personality, she would have ignored that.

I haven't read any of the previous books in this series, so I don't know if I would find out more about the Elseworld there, but I am definitely interested. I'd also love to see Eva's friend Alexa get a story - maybe with the long lost brother *winks*?

If you can let yourself get immersed into the fantasy world Ms. Amber has created, you'll enjoy this erotic and entertaining read; I read it in a day!

This book can easily be read without reading the previous 4 Satyr books. The story takes place in a different place, in a very different year with a different set of Satyr brothers. The line of Satyrs from the first four books is not even mentioned in this book. I do however recommend reading them, they’re good books. In a manner of speaking this could be seen a book 1 of part 2 of the Lords of Satyr series. I also think I may have a new favorite Satyr, Dane. There are four new Satyrs to drool over, Bastian, Sevin, Dane and Lucien. Eager to see where the author will go with Lucien’s character. You’ll have to read to find out more there. He is missing and I do not wish to give away any spoilers.

Like all Satyrs Dane is a tall, dark and godly sexy, sexual being. He has a tragic past that has left him with some mental fractures that leave him troubled. He has no recollection of a year of his life when he was taken as a child. In order to secure his home in EarthWorld he must marry and breed a human wife. The Council has directed him to go see a fey-human Martial Broker. Eva is not fey-human as she leads everyone to believe. She is actually a female Satyr, the only female Satyr. Eva, like Dane is seeking a human to marry and breed with. These are the stipulations that the Council has set so that they may live on the other side of ElseWhere.

Dane and Eva are trying to fight an attraction that only leads to a perfect match because they are putting other people’s lives before theirs. Dane is searching for a brother that has been missing for twelve years, a brother that he secretly blames himself for allowing to be taken. Eva is trying to live the life she promised her mother she would. It’s the life that her mother never got to live for herself, so naturally she wants for her daughter what she never had for herself. There is a great romance in this book along with plenty of hot erotic sex. Readers are also given a side story concerning a cult that is kidnapping ElseWorld beings for cruel and perverse tortures. I’ve noticed with most erotica’s that there seems to be more sex than story. The reader is given multiple storylines, a great romance, and a diverse group of characters in this great sexy book.

***Satyrs have two functioning penises. This is written very tastefully and the scenes are very sexy. This book also has some voyeurism and some scenes take place in an underground sex club. All this is done very tastefully and erotically.***

Dane, Dante and Daniel, which one do I pick? I have to confess to finding Dante the more attractive one since he's roughly sexually dominating. Anyone who knows me understand this comment pretty quickly. I'm now 5 of 6 books into this series. The only one I haven't read is Dominic. I am truly baffled with the timeline here. I need a nice little timeline showing me in a diagram when each of these stories take place and when the major events suck as the blight and the sickness occurred.

In Dane, we find a man trained as a special ops Tracker from the Elseworld. The thin veil hiding the Others is starting to dissipate. Females for breeding are a scare commodity. What is this sickness? How did it come about? How was it caused? I don't really know and it could be because I missed Dominic. What I do wonder is how there are so many Satyr males running around. I thought there were only a handful but it seems to be more than just one family line. I'm not sure.

In this latest story, it's the first of the 4 brother Bastian, Sevin, Dane and Luc. I want to learn more about this sickness that has stricken Elseworld. I also want to read more about Luc and Sevin. Sevin's book is out soon so I may end up picking that one up too for reading pleasure.

First, back to Dane. What a torn man. I felt a bit of pity for him and understood his guilt. Eva on the other hand, I felt really sorry for as both she and her mother were terribly betrayed. This story was a bit darker than the others in the sense of the sexual abuse of captives as well as using them for harvesting. Rather despicable yet nicely glossed over by Ms. Amber. It was a quick couple of hour read.

Second, the characters - I kind of liked Dane and Eva more than the others. I'm not sure if it is because Dane was more flawed and endearing to me or if it was because Eva wrestled with her sexual submissive desires. The addition of bondage in this story added to my enjoyment. Sure, it's light and barely kinky, but just that little taste helped me. As usual, we end in a happily ever after.

As I have finished this review, I see the author granted one of my wishes - a family tree for the Satyr. Now I know the two sets of brothers aren't exactly related so I'm less confused.

Dane Satyr has returned from Elseworld to join his brothers in Rome. He has won their olive grove back in a card game and plans to restore their grove to its former state before it was taken from his family years ago.

Dane is one of the best Elseworld trackers and he has left without their permission. The only way they are willing to let him go, is for him to marry a human and produce heirs. He seeks out Eva, an Elseworld marriage broker with secrets of her own.

From the beginning Dane and Eva are drawn to each other. Eva is tiring of the shimmer skins during moon full and she longs to have someone take the control from her. Dane retreats within himself during moon full and Dante takes over. Dane has never experienced a true Satyr mating until Eva.

Both characters are complex, with their own secrets that are slowly revealed throughout the book. They feel a bond with each other, even though Eva knows that they can never have life together. She continues to find a human bride for him but works out an arrangement for them to be together once a month on moon full. Eva is looking for a human husband and knows he won’t be able to satisfy her Satyr needs.

What they don’t realize is that they both have some powerful enemies that will stop at nothing to get them and the olive grove back. They are pulled into a world of sacrifice and greed that could prove deadly for them.

This book has something for everyone, romance, sex, drama and intrigue. The Satyr series has grown since it began with more complex storylines. The characters are deeper with multiple layers with insecurities like everyone else has. Eva is hiding her true nature and Dane is hiding behind his other personalities based on events in his past.

I love this series and definitely recommend it to everyone. Dane can be read as a standalone without any confusion but for the full effect, The Lords of Satyr series is best read in order. I give Dane 4 ½ flaming hearts.

This is the second book that I have read from Elizabthe Ambers Lords of Satyr Series.

Elizabeth Ambers novel "Dane" is a sexifying read, that will have you needing a cool bath after burning through the pages of Dane and Eva's sexual escapades.

The Satyr saga continues when one of the satyr brothers, Dane and his younger brother Lucian are both kidnapped. After a year of being captured, Dane is released, but minus his younger brother. He has no memory or recollection of what had happened to him during his captivity. Because of his ordeal, Dane develops two alternate personalities, and only one can unlock the answers needed to find his brother Lucian.

Will Dane find the answers he needs and save his brother Lucian from his capturers? This book will have you turning the pages with anticipation of Dane's race to find his brother, and his sexual encounter with a sexy match maker named Eva.

Once again a great Satyr read. Ms Amber has the uncanny ability to match such complementary heroes and heroines without making them contrived. The Dane/Dante struggle snares you and does not let go. Dane's want to show Eva the things she most wants is the perfect medicine for his supposed insanity and prepares him for what is to be revealed by the introduction of Daniel. As always, I got swept away in the sensual erotic delights of watching a Satyr male hunt and catch his love. These men effortlessly maintain their family commitment while getting the woman who speaks to their soul. Each knowing just what it is their partner needs and delivering without fail. Dane is no different. The erotica is explicit without being distasteful. My only gripe would be Gaetano's involvement but nevertheless, it detracts little from the story. As with the previous books, I found it hard to put down once I started reading. Kudos Ms Amber and I eagerly await Bastian!!

And here we go...

Mystical and intriguing read. I loved this story. Well written with rich language, but not so rich as to make you tune out. You must really stretch your imagination to understand how great a story this is. I found this story had a delightful weave between historical, sci-fi, erotica, and mythology.

The idea that fae, cyclops, centaurs, and the idea that they would be mixing with high brow French society was terrific. The author does present in the story scenes on exhibitionism, orgies, goddess worship, and m/m sex. I would love to find out more about that dildo laden bed (although I would not like to be the dildo polisher mentioned. LOL!)

That said the story was fabulous and the climax of the story was spectacular.

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THIS BOOK

I must admit, I was worried that it'd face the same fate like Lyon's story (which was very promissing till he woke up from his spell) but it was GREAT. It had a great plot and hot ratio and comparing to some other books I read Ms. Amber's descriptions of adult scenes are lighter but not less steamy. And there was an intersting story to follow.
And the part when Dane takes Eva for a little tour in his brother's "etablissement" *fanning myself* HAWT!
I liked the part in the epilogue when Eva is sure that Dante might come out and play on certain days and that she liked it. (Reminded me of my favourite BDB character Rhage and his dragon *drooling alert*)

Maybe I'll give #1 a try too....

3.5 stars, a little slow in the beginning but then about halfway through things became more exciting. Eva's a satyr in hiding, appearing to be the last female of this species. If she's found out, they make her mate with many satyr men to make sure that their species doesn't die out. She doesn't want that and is convinced that a human husband would help. Dane lived through a horrible kidnapping and rape when he was a preteen. As a result, he has 3 personalities who help him keep control. He thinks a human wife will ground him. They learn they're really meant for each other. And Dane needs to find out who kidnapped him and his little brother, who has been missing for 12 years. I liked "Nicholas" too and I've only read 2 of her books in the series so 2 for 2 so far.

I cant put into words what I thought about this book as succinctly as some others have done. This was the final so far book of the Satyr family. This story was of Dane. Dane was kidnapped as a child along with his brother and the story focuses on him as an adult trying to remember what happened to him and to find his missing brother. Along the way he discovers Evangeline who herself has many secrets.

I loved this book. It was such an interesting read. Elizabeth Amber has a distinctive style of writing that appeals to me. I am so looking forward to more stories about the Satyrs from her.

Strong, sexy alpha men (with a twist) along with a rich background. What more can we ask.
