Excellent. Easy to read and understand, arranged logically, and loaded with walk-through examples. I wish I had read this as an undergrad.

I never like behavior classes, but this made it a little more interesting.

Used with Liberty University Online's PSYC 320.

Recommended 12+ for topics younger readers may not understand.

This is a great textbook and I would highly recommend what it has to offer and taking it as a university level course, im just rating it very low so that Goodreads doesn't pull a fast one and try to recommend more books like it for me to read lol :)

Easy to read and understand, but not very progressive. I didn’t write it down but there were some passages where I said “WHAT” out loud because they seemed very off — like they needed more details and maybe to be phrased differently... But otherwise, the actual procedures are very clear and there’s lots of good examples of clearly explained research. I have to say the illustrations are very entertaining.

Got through about two thirds of this book, but likely will not have time to finish the rest.

This book was the most (or appeared to be the most) up-to-date textbook for behavioral psychology when I bought it about three years ago. It is often used for graduate-level psychology classes on the subject. I read it out of personal interest.

The contents are useful and interesting, and the book is well-organized.

Very informative for aspiring psychologists. Also useful for parents and worthy and responsible employers.
Less attention to subconscious but it is behavioral psychology after-all.. Great text! Great graphs!

Eccellente per chiunque voglia studiare l'ABA attraverso un testo anche in termini operativi. Ricco di spunti e di "how to".

A good book. But nothing very new, mainly on education and how to modify children's behavior. Not very useful on a self-management perspective, the discussion about this is very short.

Easy to read, and I have referenced it many times since I took the initial applied behavior analysis course. It has been very helpful in my other ABA classes. Highly recommend!

I'm giving this textbook five stars because not only was the subject interesting, it was also easy to read for the author did not use any complicated language. Also, the questions at the end of each chapter were over the most important concepts and were almost similar to the ones I saw in my actual exams. Good textbook overall; one of the few I've actually read from cover to cover.
