Looking for excitement ? Drama ? Laughs ? Stories that will challenge your intellect ans sence of humanity ? Then rush right out and buy the latest Ed McBain novel. It, however, is twenty-five bucks. This splendid paperback, reprinting four vintage Groo tales - stories of the world's stupidest barbarian - cost a lot less. As you read it, just remember: You get what you pay for.

I grew up reading Groo, so I am really glad some of the comics at least are still available on Kindle. I love the silly plots and he running gags and the vibrant and wonderful art work. And the poems, too.
This collection only has four comics, so it’s quite short. One is about Groo approaching a town and the town becomes so freaked out they self-destruct; the next two concern a mishap in which Groo thinks he has eaten his dog Rufferto; the last has to do with Groo trying to find a glass carafe. All of them have many fun moments, and this volume also contains the seed for a running gag that lasted looooong into the future of he series: “What pirates?”
Dumb as rocks walking calamity Groo wreaks havoc again whether directly or indirectly. I really enjoy these comics, this installment saw some sentiment from groo, and also some clever nod to public perception and economy
Groo je kralj humora. Svaki put kad ga uzmem u ruke iznova se nasmijem. Ova knjiga počima sa jednom od najboljih priča ikad. Zabavna, smješna i na kraju poučna.
