I have made numerous recipes in this book. While it isn't my favorite by Reinman Publications, it is a good one. I really loved the best cooks in the country recipes. I loved the meats and from the sea section over the rest of the cookbook and have made numerous recipes from it. Very simple and down home recipes for the most beginner of cooks.
