Very Good Read. Very Informative.

This book is an absolute blessing, and would have gotten more stars from me, but I had to call B.S. on one of the pages and it really irked me. That would be page 162, where the author writes, "There is no such thing as a bad experience or a good experience." Anyone who has been through a truly horrifying experience can tell you what fluff and nonsense this passage is. Being locked in the garage by your boyfriend who is Borderline, is definitely a BAD experience - unequivocally. There can be no argument, and I don't want to be consoled by empty philosophic fluff.
With the exception of this page, this book is a gem and I feel like it has helped in my healing process.
