I’m pretty sure this is a book that everyone should read once a year. Whether you have anxiety or not, almost everyone worries about something or there’s a special someone in their life who they may want to better understand. Lots of great little tidbits of useful information here, and I think every time you read it you would probably come away with a different one than the time before. A couple items that stood out to me were 1. to have a worry journal and only allow yourself to worry about something for a certain designated time every day. The rest of the time, relax and enjoy the moment. Another tidbit was 2. that in order to be truly happy you have to learn to be sad. I think in our society too often we are told that everything has to be fun and exciting and wonderful, but that’s just not what life was created to be.
Worth a read.

This book has so much that helps, even for people who aren't struggling with an anxiety disorder. We all worry so much about everything and often don't know how to jump off the worry train. Read this book and it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

This book was written for people with anxiety disorders but actually anyone who tends to get anxious can learn useful stuff from it, like how to breathe calmly and how to stop your mind from racing. Also it explains some quite complex ideas in really simple language which suits me, I like simple.
