The devilish new novel from the national bestselling author of The Accidental Human.
When mild-mannered Casey Schwartz wakes up in jail, she has no memory of how she got there. But after her sister, Wanda, bails her out, Casey has more to deal with than a foggy memory-like abrupt mood swings and fireballs shooting from her fingertips. But things really head south when a vampire shows up on her doorstep...
Vampire Clayton Gunnersson is seriously hot. And seriously taken-by a demon. In a ritual gone wrong, Clayton tried to get rid of his unwanted bond, but spilled some demonic blood on Casey, getting her possessed in the process. Now, Casey has to share her body and manage to keep her growing attraction to Clayton in check, because falling for her demon's boyfriend just might get Casey killed-from the inside out.

After reading the fourth book of the Accidental Friends by Dakota Cassidy, all I can think about was "Thank God I'm done with the series."
Don't get me wrong, I like her books. They're funny and witty, but I noticed a couple of things in her writing that I find annoying and irritating.
first: The characters talk too darn much. They ramble soo much I wanted to reach from the pages and give them a good whack in the head to make them stop. And make them listen to the person that was conversing with them. All you Dakota Cassidy readers out there get this.
second: All of her books, especially this series are full of cursing and threats. I don't mind them at all when I read one of her characters curse like a sailor or threatens soo much body harm that they should be under police custody, but if it too much, they kinda lose their meaning and becomes irritating to read. You'll either roll your eyes or if you're just like me, just skip and read the next paragraph. Believe me, you won't miss anything.
Overall the series are fun to read, a little repetitive but ok for the most part. I'll probably read other authors for the mean time to desensitize myself from Dakota's writing quirks but she's still one of my fav authors and I'll definitely read some of her books but not for now.
Although I started off this series in love with Dakota Cassidy, by the time I got to Book 3 I was definitely falling out of love with it. The story lines are slim at best, there's way too much dialogue and not enough characterization. And if I may say it, Nina is starting to work my nerves. The meaningless curse words don't add to the story, instead I want to smack the person who thinks various forms of the F-word make a good character. Needless to say I had planned on reading the fifth in this series, but it's all so much of the same. Paranormal guy screws up and "accidentally" turns an unwilling run of the mill girl into his species. Guy and girl fight each other and their growing attraction. Guy and girl give in and do the deed. Girl saves guy from some sort of peril using strength/skills she didn't know she possessed. Guy decides to keep girl forevs. They kiss. The end. There I just saved you from reading this book. Take my advice and stick to books 1 and 2.
Accidentally Demonic is the forth book in Dakota Cassidy’s Accidental series. This time around we follow a new character, Casey who happens to be Wanda’s (Book 3: Accidental Human) little sister. Casey has a crap job working as a “handler” for two brat socialite kids (think Paris Hilton), doing all sorts of damage control has left Casey with little time of her own and has made her relationship with Wanda extremely strained. Out with the terrible two-some one night, Casey ends up being the one who needs a handler when she attacks a cop and goes ape-shit in the middle of a bar. She wakes up in jail the next morning and hasn’t the slightest idea what the hell she did to get her there.
After Wanda and the gang (Nina & Marty) bail her out, Clayton ends up at her door explaining she’s now some sort of demon. Clay being the smart one he is, spilled demon blood on Casey which makes Nina’s attitude issues look bland in comparisson to Casey who can shoot fireballs out of her fingertips when she gets pissed (there’s some great bitch fights between Casey & Nina). And of course, Casey starts to fall for Clay but the demon who’s blood she’s got pumping through her veins won’t have that!
Accidentally Demonic is the best of the Accidental Series! Ms. Cassidy’s voice can be heard through every single character, from Wanda to Marty. She really is on a role with Accidentally Demonic, it truly is the best of the entire series. The new characters are hysterical, a Jamaican Demon who speaks patois and the one liners made me snort, there’s a line where Casey is speaking to the Jamaican Demon and calls him Mr Tallymon, I about died. There are two new characters that I can see branching off for a new series, I fell in love with both of them (one is a male demon with a heart of gold). If you are a fan of the Accidental Series, you won’t be disappointed when you get your hands on a copy of Accidentally Demonic! It’s already holding a place on my favorites of 2010 & it’s not even 2010 yet!
Another great book in the Accidental Friends series.
I used to be an educator, so when I first started reviewing books I was into looking at them for their literary value, how they were written, and I was thinking more in terms of academia. I've (thankfully) learned to just love them for whatever reasons I do love them. LOL I still cannot give a great read 5 stars if there are a lot of errors because that does stunt the continuity of the reading, but this book is not earth-shattering, it doesn't give me life lessons, but it makes me laugh (LOL) and it makes me anxious to get back to it so I can smile and laugh. I never heard so many sexual sayings in my life and I'm pretty darn up there in age! LOL So this book still gave me lots of bang for my buck!
Casey is the main focus in this one. She cares for two children, or shall I say brats, who one night when she is out with them she ends up getting into it with a policeman. Like a full blown fight. Of course, when she wakes up locked up she doesn't know how on earth she got there.
Nina is one of the constant characters in these books and she's back. But so is the hot guy Clayton. Might I say that he's also a demon and he spills demon blood on Casey? Oh. My. Goodness. Does she ever become a little monster! Wow! AND she has the hots for Clay, too. What will Nina have to say about all this?
Please, if you read this book or any in this series, know it's meant to be light-hearted, silly, foolish, and not a deep meaningful read. Otherwise you'll tsk tsk at it. Me? I'm loving the books, all of them. Maybe it's in part because we're in the middle of the pandemic that none of us will ever forget, but these books take me to an entirely different world and therefore different emotions.
This was a cute and enjoyable story. We loved the characters as they were a whole lot of fun.I laughed out loud the entire story.Nina as always just cracks me up.I loved that the story that was filled with constant drama and messy immortals.
These books continue to crack me up. Believe me, I wouldn't read your normal vampire, demon, werewolf books, but these are so stinkin' funny! I laugh out loud so frequently! Thoroughly enjoyable!
This series is insufferable and I am stuck in it for my book group. Normally I like this genre. This is just poorly written and incredibly frustrating. The author took the 1st book and copied everything about it and just changed the characters names and their supernatural infliction. The author calls it paranormal but really it should be defined as supernatural. Which is something you'll find often in these books, misused words. This book is about Marti's sister, the newly minted supernatural who is now a demon as the title states. How convenient is it that the newly minted supernatural just happens to be in this girl group's inner circle. Of course there is also an impossibly handsome man in which the main character is instantly linked to by the process of becoming a demon. And of course this link creates a bond that develops into a happily ever after. Just like the first three books though, the love story is lacking. There is no character development. Where the characters should absolutely hate each other they magically just one day love each other. You can't actually picture it happening based on the picture drawn by the author. Just like the previous books, this female character is given a personality in the beginning of the book that the author wants you to believe is mundane. However, her character traits wouldn't actually be considered that. Just like all of the other female characters, once she is turned she instantly becomes a different personality. The same exact personality of all of the other girls from the previous book. They all talk the same and do the same things. In fact, everyone in this book rolls their tongue in their cheek an excessive amount of times and over uses teeny bop slang, like evah instead of ever. I'm often confused on whether or not they are adults until I'm reminded that they are having sex, having babies, getting married....etc. their personalities morph into adolescent drama queens. I'm not even sure the main girls like each other. It's written like they are best friends but then it's very hard to visualize as they are always bickering and such. Every single girl turns into a whiny, bratty, annoyingly loud, cussing machine. The author makes it seem like we are supposed to believe that this persona makes them appear badass but it makes them appear like a child. Like they have no control over self and emotions. Yet, each female had been in a relationship slump for forever until they were turned and suddenly this childish persona makes them a goddess to the most handsome man in the world?
So many things frustrate me about this author's writing. The main male explained to the main female that he spilled demons blood on her and thought she might be a demon. Then 5 mins later everyone is sitting around waiting to hear what they think the main character is from the main male. He says Demon and they all gasp. He Already said it. This happens a lot in this author's writing where she repeats something that has been said but act like it's new information. Then they talk about eternal life. The demon explains he smells demon on her to confirm the demon and that she is half demon but that this was new to them a story usually sell their souls to become demons. Then he says that he isn't even sure she has eternal life this way. This a few minutes later she is asking important questions to him about being a demon and asks if she has eternal life and he says he doesn't know. He already told her this. This happened in the other books a lot.
The author basically changed the characters names and their supernatural being. The rest is all the same. When you've read one you have read them all.
It's not worth reading.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
4 1/2 stars for Accidentally Demonic ~ As always, D-Lo AKA Dakota Cassidy delivers yet another Accidental that is full of humor, twisty turns, horns, and fangs. I choose up the book I'm going to read by the mood I'm in. So when I need to laugh and need to learn even more colorful language, Dakota is my hit. I only wish I could put the books down to draw out the fun. *sigh* this was a 24 hour read for me.
It was ok.... This is a cute series, but the books start to feel like the same story told four times with different names inserted for the characters. This book also had A LOT of unnecessary dialogue - the female characters go on and on endlessly, it got a little annoying.
I've grown to like these more and more. I had wondered where the series would go after the three main friends had their "accidental" moments. So we went to Wanda's sister and she is accidentally turned into a demon. Her realization of her new powers comes when she's angry at Nina in a pretty funny confrontation,
First thoughts: Though I like the series they seem a lot of alike in terms of story line which can get a little old.
Dakota Cassidy continues to make me laugh even with all the foul language. Accidentally Demonic deals with Wanda’s sister Casey who is to busy with her job to contact Wanda. So she has no clue what has happened to Wanda and her friend even though Wanda has tried to get in contact with her.
Casey lands in jail and doesn’t remember how she got there but the only person she knows to call is Wanda. Wanda and her friends come to bail her out and find out something has happened to Casey. It was easy to see that something paranormal happened when Casey tries to set Nina’s hair on fire by shooting fireballs out her hands. Casey soon finds out all the things she has missed out on by not contacting Wanda and also soon learns what has happened to her.
Clayton is a vampire mated to a demon he can’t stand and while trying to get rid of her for good he accidentally spills her blood on Casey which is why Casey is not part demon. Casey is so not happy with this but there is something about Clay that she likes, or could it just be the hyped up libido she has because of the demon part. Things are never easy when you accidentally get turned into a paranormal entity.
Accidentally Demonic has that snarky humor that the other three books have which is what makes this series really fun to listen too. Casey lets her job take over her life and sort of just thinks of herself and she could be someone that could be unlikable. Her getting turned into a demon is probably the best thing that ever happened to her as it causes her to get a bit more perspective in her life and make her more likable. She has a lot of attitude which helps her deal with horns and flames shooting out her fingers and is a good character. Clay, is a sexy brooding vampire who doesn’t like to talk about how he became attached to the demon. He has a few secrets but when you find out what they are you really like him a lot more and feel a bit sorry for him. He was my favorite new character.
What I wasn’t to keen on is the repetitiveness at the beginning as Casey learns she is a demon and about the paranormal. When Marty, Nina and Wanda all tell her about why they don’t go all crazy when she starts flipping out. It just seemed like over and over it was Casey wrapping her head around the paranormal and it got sort of old. Though once that gets out of the way the flow goes a lot better. Though I do like this series they all seem to have the same theme going through them..accidentally get turned paranormal..fall for the person who turned them..something happens they they have to deal with before happily ever after..but over all I still like them. I know I sound like a broken record when I say this but I wish there wasn’t so much foul language, the author seems to really like the F word. (So if that is something you really don’t like you won’t like this series)
If you like paranormal romances I would recommend you give them a try and you would need to start with Accidental Werewolf as they need to be read or listened to in order.
Narrator: Meredith Mitchell I have really come to love this narrator, she really does a great job with this series. She has a great voice for snarky and that really makes listening to this series fun.
Plesently Demonic! Accidentally Demonic is the fourth book in the Accidental friends series by the hilarious Dakota Cassity. When I first started this series a little while back I thought of it as refreshing, witty and enteraining. I was scared that each book wouldn't live up to the first because of it's predictable outcomes, girl turns into supernatural being by accident, has trouble accepting her faith, and then falls in love with guy, but honeslty it is really super enteraining to read, and a hoot all the way through. The characters are great. Wanda, Marty and Nina are featured in each book, and for that I'm glad, because I love their characters. Marty, the color wheel Bobby Sue Makeup obbsessed vampire, Wanda the responsible, caring, half Were, half Vampire, and of course Nina. Nina is something else. Sure she's a werewolf, but her personaiblty is out of this world. She's a kick ass, foul mouth babe, who, if your her friend will have your back, and if your not her friend, will stab it.
This time around, the lady that undergoes a different fate is Casey, Wanda's younger sister. Casey winds up with a temper that can match Ninas on a good day, and surpass it on a bad day. She shoots fire from her hands, leveates and looks fearless with her red eyes. I guess it's safe to say she's now a Demon, hense the title, but really, that's only the start of her problems. She's not your typical Demon, she doesn't smell, act or look the part of a Demon. It was an accident of course, but I'd say she has had the worst case of the life altering fate into a supernatural. Vampire, werewolf is quite predictable, although still have surprises, but a Demon? Who knows what could happen to Casey, and what will.
Caseys fate is thanks to the handsome Vampire named Clay. He didn't mean for it to happen, but what's done is done, and he will be sure to look after Casey, if Casey will let him, that is. He has more secrets than Casey is comfertable with, and he's not too willing to tell them to her. Last but not least, one of my new favorite secondary characters of the book, Darnell. Darell is the big Demon, with a big heart, who helps Casey learn what to expect as a Demon. He was a great character for the story, and fun to read.
-Clayton was already at the door when a large, very round man opened it with a wide, gleaming white smile. His multiple chains, or swag, as she’d learned it was called in the holding tank, rested beneath two—no, three chins. He topped Clayton by at least three inches, putting him in at least the six- foot-five range. -
Honestly, I really enjoy Dakota Cassity's writing. I know I'm in for a treat when I read a new Accidental Friends novel. The Accidental Demon was a fun filled read. The characters are briliant, then plot is exciting, and there's always a steamy romance put in for good measure. If you enjoy a down right Laugh out Load read, with charming characters, supernatural beings and great action, then this is the series for you! If not, it's still worth the try, you shant! be disapointed.
Sexual content: Contains sexual content, graphic scenes and foul language.
This series always provides good laughs, a yummy guy, a twisted-from-the-start mated-for-eternity love story and some sort of fight scene. But you always know there'll be a HEA. Sometimes a girl just wants a little light, humorous, love story where everyone gets their HEA. That's this series, in a nutshell, for me.
The previous books in the series, The Accidental Werewolf, Accidentally Dead and The Accidental Human told the stories of Marty/Keegan, Nina/Greg and Wanda/Heath. An odd group of girls who found themselves working together and then their worlds turned upside down by something paranormal.
In Accidentally Demonic, we meet Casey Schwartz, Wanda's little sister, who's in jail for assaulting a police officer and has no memory of it. The gang comes to her rescue and while they try to find out what happened to Casey, Clayton Gunnersson (vampire and friend of the girls' husbands) tells them that he accidentally spilled demon's blood on Casey. The result ... she's now (and forever will be) part demon.
When Casey starts levitating (caused by her anger), she starts to wonder why her sister and her friends aren't freaking out like her. The girls proceed to fill her in on the last couple of years and their new para-selves. Casey has a hard time believing everything they say, but who can argue when she herself is levitating and can shoot fire from her fingertips?
The girls are hilarious with their constant bickering, (some of the girls' dialogue can get annoying b/c it's so mellow dramic, but that's partly what makes some of it is so funny) but they always have the best of intentions and make a plan to help Casey adjust to her new demon state and uncontrollable powers. Which Darnell, a demon friend of Clay's, relays to her is like "...givin' an AK-47 to a preschooler who had too much Mountain Dew at snack time."
Little do they know, there's much more to the story than Clay has let on. He tries to keep the rest of the story from the girls, but eventually they find out everything and insist on helping him. It's the "Paranormal Mod Squad" to the rescue.
I don't think I've every really given a 1 star rating, I can usually enjoy any book even a little but wow I could not wait to be finished this book. I didn't read the rest of the series this was the first one for me and although the idea sounded good I don't think there was one character i liked it in, except maybe Arch, maybe...
The whole book is nothing but all the characters screaming at each other. I felt like I was getting a headache just from reading it. I've read some other reviews of this book and would have to agree that the use of threats and all the swearing is ridiculous and so childish. I'm so glad I didn't read Nina's story because I couldn't stand her at all. And Casey and Clay had no chemistry. Besides the fact she found him good looking there was nothing there at all. At the end of the book he said something about her not being able to resist his charm and I'm like "what charm?" I don't recall you having anything but mood swings throughout the entire book.
There is also so much dialogue for nothing I found myself skipping over sections as it was the same thing over and over. So much of "you better not call me a b*tch you f$#k or all f$#ing kill you with my shoe" crap. That's not a quote from the book but you get the idea that's what all of their conversations were like.
I usually enjoy reading supernatural stories like this but this one so didn't make the cut.
Okay, so at this point, we'd run out of established characters.
Wanda's kind-of-estranged sister Casey is brought into the picture and is in prison when we first meet her. Some guy spilled something on her and next thing she knew she was attacking an off-duty officer and able to shoot fireballs.
I wasn't sure if they would continue with the vampire and werewolf thing or bring in something else, but I wasn't really expecting demons. Some of the things that were introduced were interesting in the authors take on them. The rest wasn't too different from the three other books.
They all did pass the time though, and I did read them fairly quickly.
I wouldn't tell anyone to hunt them down, but if you found yourself locked in a room with nothing else to read...there are much worse fates. ;)
I am reading this series because I was curious and thought the idea had promise. With each one, I get less and less impressed with the writing and content. The majority of this book was ridiculous freak outs and arguing between the women and it was frustrating. That could hav been used to add to the story instead of reading 3 or 4 chick fights ever few pages with nonsense name-calling and cussing. I stuck through because the allusion to the story had my curiosity peaked. I wanted to know what those little bits of information that Clay was holding back. When I finally got there..., it was ok. I would have liked better build up and revelation as well as a less hurried ending.
After reading the first three "Accidental" books, they start to read the same. I still like the author but I hope that the next Accidental book will have a slightly different twist in the plot line. There's only so much I can take of whiny characters not understanding their new gift and the evading of information from the secondary characters. I know it adds conflict but GOLLY - its annoying.
(Im a spoiler(and 'spoiler' is just an understatement)!!..Beware)
Ihatemyjob.Ihatemyjob.Ihatemyjob. If not for my job of taking care of the stupid twins I wouldnt be this. A demon-or half demon anyway. My job got me into this how? Well lets see..I was keeping a photographer at bay so he wouldnt get a pic of naked Lola, when he pushed me and i bumped into this guy holding a vial which just spilled on me. And whats in the vial? Demon blood.

Mr.Castalano: Casey's official boss, dad of the two spoiled twins, fires Casey when seeing a pic of her stripping at a rapper's party(she was going to quit anyway),hired movers so they could take all traces of Casey from her apartment.

Lita: Casey's boss,Lola's twin,thick platinum blond hair,full lips, round blue eyes,twenty-two-year-olds,selfish and spoiled,size zero.
Officer Kilpatrick: was mind-controled by Clay to tell him where Casey is when she got bailed.
Rick Mason: Casey's ex bf(broke up when Casey found out he was cheating on his wife with her),green eyes fringed with thick dark lashes, mole by his left eye, married w/ two point five kids, college professor- teacher of all things pre-law(was Casey's college professor).

Stranger: demon(one of the demons that went up to Casey b/c they thought it was Hildegard),good-looking face, gorgeous unlikely blue eyes, three lines were shaved into his right eyebrow,a tattoo of a snake wending its way along his lean neck, cool angular face, sharp slanted cheekbones, put his hand on Casey's butt at the coffee shop and started acting like they knew each other(but luckily Clay was there and he scared him off).
Marcus: demon, long braids and a Jamaican accent, graceful and slender with large brown eyes, used Rick's human form and came to see Casey the day her stripper pics were on the newspaper(but she wasnt home) so later he stopped her when he saw her by a diner and said he wanted to get back w/ her and that he is divorced and kissed her,one of Hildegard’s cohorts, deflated b/c Darnell threw holy water on him(still alive),summoned Casey to hell to tell her she has to get rid of Hildegard or else she'll end up here, was the one who Clay met in the bar the night he met Casey, has a spot in hell for Hildegard, signed a contract with Hildegard and thought she was suppose to mate with another demon so he waited all these years and finally he got his answer trough Arch(and now Hildegard is free to mate).
Facts from the book: -When a vampire and a werewolf both bite you within a twenty- four hour period, the changes in your body overwhelm you and due to that, you become rabid. -You're not fully demon until you agree to give up your soul. -Vampires have a rule. They have to mate by the time they’re five hundred or they turn to dust. -No matter yourmate, vampire or not, you were in until someone was dead. -When the change to a new demon starts happening the letter L forms(stands for Lucifer) and it means that you are then owned by the devil. -Demons can change forms(as in human to demon..human to another human). -Demons can contact each other through mind like vampires can contact their own kinds' mind. -If demons dont mate when their contract is up then they go to hell and serve Lucifer. And will be mated to another demon for eternity. -When you’re mated by blood, you can always sense your mate. -Vamp law: You can only drink from your mate on the anniversary of your mating. -The bond can’t be broken by either one of the mates, but it can be broken by a human.

Accidentally Demonic by Dakota Cassidy is Book 4 of the Accidentals Series.
So I totally enjoyed the first two books in the series and struggled with the third as I found it less funny, more dark and didn’t enjoy the cancer issue in my rom-com paranormal read...a definite downer there. Accidentally Demonic was a step back in the right direction for me and is Casey’s story; Casey is Wanda’s little sister. I loved that Casey could give as good as she got just like Nina...so if you like Nina you might find Casey to be your cuppa tea :p
Even though I enjoyed the story and had some laughs I just found it to be reaching much of the way. Casey had little to nothing to do in any way, shape or form in any of the prior reads and I felt that she was only pulled in to get this book knocked out. It would have been better served to build her up in the previous stories as a solid background character and run with her drama in this read...then it would have been way more plausible.
This is a fast-paced paranormal chick-lit that will take your mind off of serious matters for a short bit.
DNF.... I was really getting into the series, you know. But I just could not for the life of me keep on reading this book. The hero was just a big jerk and I can't see how the heroine fell in love with him because aside from his apparent physical yumminess, from what I've read, he's got nothing going for him so far. He doesn't even seem to realize how much he's fucked up and gets snippy when he gets called on it. What a nice man indeed. I wanted to give this a one star but ultimately gave two stars because I do like the first 3 books and am still planning on reading the rest in the series. I just couldn't get over what an asshat the hero is. Like, what the hell did the heroine see in a manipulative, dishonest Neanderthal like him? A pity because I did sort of like the heroine. She seemed really likeable but a bit TSTL when it comes to the hero.
So, I kind of realized why I stopped reading this series. Overall, plot was decent, but repetitive of all the other books in the series. There were three things that I realized I don't like. 1. Discussion of the girls giant brass balls, or iron balls, or general balls between their legs. Not a great image. 2. Constant arguing and bitching/cursing at each other from the ladies. I had to skim a good portion of the book because it was so frequent. 3. waxing poetically to your semi-estranged sister about all of the wonderful qualities of this dude that you know less than a week. Like unnecessary explanations of why she liked the dude, to a man that she had never met before.
This was my favorite of this series. The heroine is fiercely independent. Instead of whining and bitching all the time, she accepts that she is now a demon, rolls up her proverbial sleeves, and does what needs to be done. The hero is more meh, mostly because he keeps hiding information that the heroine really needs. I am planning to stop reading the series here since this is the book in the series that was on my shelves for years and years. It is also the only one I have not struggled to get through and I figure I'll end on a high note :)
The Accidental series is now branching out of the main group of the Accidentals! Wanda's Sister Casey is the star of this story, but because of this we had to go through again the denial stage of the 'people around me are crazy even though I just did something weird and not normal!'. Which I can understand Casey didn't have friends that were supernatural so no easy ease into the supernatural idea. With each book that goes into the Accidental Series the more evolved the characters seems easier to relate to. Also kudos on introducing a new supernatural creature into the mix!

I was very disappointed with this one. It was just SO much yelling and bickering. I get that with this Demonic twist someone would be a very, and that as usual Nina will be her normal difficult self, but it was almost overwhelming in the particular book. Fingers crossed that book 5 in the series will be less of that and a bit more like the first three.
Pretty good book. I did get annoyed with the characters at times, because they seemed to do a whole lot of talking and not a lot of communicating. Clayton kept withholding vital information and Casey let her independence take her too far. Also, I was hoping her old boss would show up in the epilogue and beg her to come back.
Not the best book ‘evah’- one particularly annoying feature of the series is the narrative text and characters use some fairly irritating valley-girl language. ‘
Evah’ uses as many letters and takes as long to say as ‘ever’, but makes the speaker sound like a twat. Ditto for ‘wonking’ and similar obnoxious verbiage that are features of the series.
Very funny story with lots of fighting and cursing!!!. Love the protagonist (Casey). This was a hilarious story with a tiny new twist but..... ITS THE SAME STORY LINE AS THE OTHERS.... so sometimes it gets a little more of the same and I thought well this will be my last one but... I already started book #5 🤷♀️.
Casey wakes up in a jail cell not remembering how she got there or why. Her sister Wanda who is a werevamp, tries to figure out what happened. It turns out demon blood got on her and now Casey is a demon. Now she needs to find a way not to go Hell. This a fun series. I look forward to the next one and what someone accidentally becomes.
