Andy without Fuuko is an Andy that doesn’t give a damn anymore unless he gets his woman back… and I’m loving every single panel of it! The new consequences, in the form of regulations, for all that the Union has done are very interesting to see play out and I’m loving all of the action and slight suspense in this volume. I’m also loving the introduction of Lucy and her negator ability, and really hope she ends up returning in the next Loop.

I'm glad there's someone on the editorial side keeping this manga alive despite less-than-good sales and ranking because it's way more interesting in its power system than BnHA or JJK, and I'd kind of rather have "traditional" superpower battle manga than the spy stuff in Sakamoto Days and Mission: YozaFam....

It's strange to see Andy rip through all the Rules on the way to face Ruin, as it feels very much like a boss-rush on the way to the end-boss, but... this is about the halfway point of the manga so far.

Seal is cool as a new antagonist. Lucy's Peter Pan stuff is charming. Nico's wife(?) is hot as fuck. Rip has gotten a major glow-up, ending the volume with a great degree of HYPE.

The world is ending as we head towards Ragnarok, and the Union is basically trying to buy time. While Andy goes around killing Umas and trying to find Fuuko. But instead there's another scared young girl who gets roped in and acts like Fuuko did at the beginning. This volume felt a bit like a retread, I guess, of the dynamics from earlier. Fuuko is a lot more interesting and compelling than Andy, and while Andy has his cool moments (his 'dream' in this volume is a highlight) this stage of the fight against Ruin isn't very exciting to me.

So we finally see what an Andy who is no longer holding back looks like as he is now basically on a rampage killing UMA at a rapid pace. It is quite good and both UnRuin and the new villain Seal are both pretty cool and I do like their designs and how they fight. Seal's personality is a bit boring as he just does as he is told and thinks he is above humans but UnRuin is pretty cool as he is basically a religious nihilist.

Come on!!!! God is a cheater in this story. Even if they hadn't completed the quest, the result would have been the same. Loved how God is getting fearful of Andy, to make Seal. yes Rip is here to help.
