Urgan is gone. He vanished, just like all the other orcs from our world.
And I am left alone, the Empress of a now fully human kingdom, without a mate… and without our half-orc, half-human daughter. Urgan and Safiya have gone back to the world of the orcs, a savage land of wild beasts and cruel natives. I can only hope that my mate is strong enough despite his crippled leg. Strong enough to protect our baby girl.
Drowning in grief and anguish, I still have my own battles to fight. I need to protect the throne from usurpers who have smelled my weakness. And I must find a way to reach my family. Urgan and Safiya can’t return on their own. Only I can bring them back.
Even if it means I have to venture into the orc world alone.
This fantasy monster romance is a 50,000 word novel and ends with a HEA. This is the last book in The Silver Fury trilogy and can be read as a standalone – but for maximum enjoyment, I recommend reading the books in order.
Sign up for my newsletter: here. Layla Fae writes steamy monster romance of many varieties. Fluffy or dark, with TWs ranging from flavored monster essence used as food to blood play and dark taboo romance, she explores the fantasy of monster love from various angles. She is not an author for the faint of heart.
Time jump. Other world. Unnecessary in my opinion. CW each and every book has off page rape of side characters for plot this one is many captured orcs including children.
Una (h) and Urgan's (H) love story comes to a finale in this third book in The Silver Fury trilogy. Life seems good for the humans and Orcs when all of the Orcs and Orc-Human hybrid children suddenly disappear from Earth. Una and Urgan will have to face challenges, threats, and losses as they independently work to reunite with one another to save their family, the other Orcs and hybrids, and save their kingdom. Sexy and hot intense passion for Una and Urgan was a nice respite from the violent scenes. Una's speech was so lovely and moving - I have to confess to getting a little teary eyed (even on the second read through). Wonderful book to end the series with lots of action, adventure, and love!
This was a fantastic conclusion to this story. The world opened up and got bigger with this story, but the author kept it simple and easy to understand. This trilogy is a fun quick read for those who love high fantasy but find it too long.

After the incredible cliff hanger at the end of book 2 (The Orc’s Wife), naturally I could not wait to see what happened next!
As all of the Orcs and Hybrid half long orcs disappear, Urgan strives to keep Safiya, his people, the Orcs and himself alive. Meanwhile, Una (Urbans mate), now empress of the now completely human kingdom fights to rescue them. Una is desperate to reunite with her daughter and Urgan, and she will do everything in her power to get them back. Both Una and Urgan must fight, each in their own way, to save their family and the orcs, and to restore their Kingdom to what it was. But will Una and Urgan prevail and succeed against all odds?
This well written book offers a compelling narrative, with engaging characters and is packed with action, adventure, passion and emotion and I thoroughly enjoyed reading not only this book, but the whole series.

I really liked the first two books in this series. Unfortunately, this one left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. I feel like this series would have been ok as a duology. This book explained a little bit about the Orc's history. But it wasn't anything that I was that concerned about.
The book starts with a time jump. There is only one scene that doesn't really add anything. And then a second time jump occurs. All the orc's and halflings have disappeared. And Urgan has to keep himself, Saf and his people alive. While Una works on rescuing them. There was a lot that happened but it managed to lack any sense of urgency or emotion. I felt a lot more for the secondary characters than I did for the mains. Overall, it isn't bad. Just not what I expected after I enjoyed the first two so much.

I picked up this book on Booksprout because Orc’s are my favourite books to read and with this book I enjoyed and it I was a little lost having not read the others before it but doesn’t mean you cannot read it. Una is the Queen of humans and is mated to Urgan who is the leader of his territory where orcs and humans live together and now have a half breed child Safiya everything was perfect until all the Orc‘s and there children have disappeared from earth. Now Una must find her mate and daughter and bring them back home before it’s too late. Urgan and his daughter find themselves back on his home planet and are being hunted all the while trying to find there way back to earth. There is plenty more going on in this book that’s brilliant but I do recommend reading the others first.

After the jaw dropping cliffhanger at the end of book #2, The Orc’s Wife, I couldn’t wait to dive into book #3 The Orc’s Empress, and it did not disappoint! The third book picks up after the events of the second book and is filled with action, adventure and an intriguing mystery. Why have all the Orcs on Earth disappeared? This is the catalyst for a fast-paced exciting read as we follow FMC Una’s struggle to discover the cause of the event that also took her mate Urgan and their half Orc daughter Safiya. Great writing, well-crafted characters and a thoroughly engaging narrative ultimately bring the reader to a very HEA ending to what has been a really fantastic trilogy. Highly Recommended!

This is the third book in the series. Una, and Urban are mated. They are ruling their kingdom wisely. They. and all their subjects have lived in peace for five years. One morning all the Orcs disappear. Only the humans are left in the kingdom. Una and her servants must find the Impress, and her child. One of the female warriors find a Foreigner in the kingdom. Una injures it, and orders it to be jailed. Una tortures it until a gate is revealed, and she ends up in another land. This book is filled with love, life, death, and war. Will Una save her mate, and child? Will the Orcs win? Will they return back to their kingdom? You have to the book to find out!.

I was caught when scrolling thinking this looks different. At the time I had not realized this is a three part story. I found the first two and was sooooo absolutely absorbed in the storyline and romance between the main characters that couldn’t put them down! I HAD to know! I was very happy and satisfied with Layla’s last book “The Orc’s Empress” from “The Silver Fury” set! I will admit I did loose a full nights of sleep reading all three in a day and a half 😅 Well worth it! I totally posted about her & her books too via a FB group I follow that love monster romance 🥰 Now to find the rest of her Monster Erotica to pass the time! 😈

The Orc's Empress The Silver Fury #3 Fantasy Layla Fae ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book started years after the previous book had ended and Urgan and Una had a child. Everything was happy and everyone in the kingdom were getting along but suddenly, things changed when every single Orc disappeared into thin air.
The dual POVs were great and I liked seeing where Urgan and the other Orcs ended up.
I was immediately curious about the strange creatures that were trying to take over Una's kingdom as well as the old Orc world and the wild Orcs there.
The extra POV from Gordiac was a great addition but I wish it lasted for a few more chapters.
Una and Urgan never stopped fighting to find each other and return home and I was glad that they got their happy ending.
This story had an interesting premise and some really engaging characters, not to mention a very creepy one! I loved how fierce Una was, not letting her devastating loss take away from her warrior spirit. Urgan was as fierce as his wife, fighting to determine a way back to Una. Safiya was adorable and brought some softness to the story although, in her own way, she was every bit the mini-warrior that her parents were. I enjoyed this book thoroughly.
Una finds that Urgan and their half-orc/half-human daughter, Safiya, have disappeared back into the world of the orcs. They are being hunted. Una is also struggling in her grief over her family disappearing and with the trouble left behind as she tries to figure out how to get them back. They cannot return on their own. They will need her to get back. Can they all survive until they can be reunited? Or will all of them perish?
I loved this book and the perfect end to Urgan and Una's story. Great world building. There is mystery surrounding the orcs' disappearance back to their world. The story is captivating and has action, suspense, and danger. It is a fast-paced journey of a family fighting their way against adversity and pushing forward to reunite even from different worlds. A beautiful story. I loved it. 5 stars.
This was an exciting finale and I really found it a satisfying conclusion to the series. With the engaging characters and all the action, intrigue and steamy romance you could want, the author penned quite the engaging read. This series will be hitting my re-read shelf :D
Like the previous two books it is in need of line editing. There is poor grammar, sentence structure, and incorrect word choices throughout. With this being the published version I cannot rate poor editing highly.
This was the most plot driven book out of the series. With urgan and their daughter gone, Una has a lot to face and deal with. It felt really slow at times and even boring. The journey in the orc’s homeland was interesting though!
This one was like another entire story not a continuation and it was interesting where all Orcs went missing and the action made me laugh a little but it was a good story not my favourite among the trilogy but I liked it. Just sometimes it dragged through. And the Ruhaha, wow.
This was one book of this series I def didn’t expect. It was an ok read. Showed that there is a very thin line with the peace they worked hard on. But it was ok.
