Multiple time USA TODAY & Amazon 5-million copy bestselling authors DAVID ARCHER and BLAKE BANNER have combined forces to create one hell of a thriller series!

ODIN is an organization which is above top secret. It coordinates intelligence from the so-called Five Eyes The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand – and it acts on that intelligence. For that reason it’s level of security is the highest on the planet. Or so they thought, until top ODIN agent Mira Finn was murdered in Paris, her tortured body dragged from the Seine. A handful of people knew she was in France, fewer than that knew what her mission was. Two of them were Alex Mason and Nero, the chief of Odin itself, the other two were General Patrick O’Connor, chief security advisor to the President, and the President himself. One of those four men was the traitor who had leaked Mira’s mission. Of the remaining three, only two were innocent. The other was the scapegoat. Alex Mason knew that was him. He was officially on the run and he had thirty-six hours to find the truth, clear his name and avert a global catastrophe of unprecedented proportions.

Exciting, frightening, hopeful

Alex Mason loves his country but when he is tapped by a traitor to take the fall for a deep undercover agent's death, he had to work without a playbook. Cut off from support his only friend was MOSSAD in the persona of the daughter of the head of the agency. This book is disturbingly too close to the current state of world affairs. Excellent read.

Action Packed Thriller:

This is a good story, well told. Excellent pace, and the action keeps you turning pages. The good guys are really good, and the bad guys are really bad.

Of course, you have to engage you suspension of disbelief switch, but that's always the case with this genre of special government agent yarn. As yarn's go, this is a good one.

Alex Mason is set up to take the fall for another agent's capture, torture, and murder, as well as the failure of her mission. The mission was to pick up a package in Paris that is a Russian scientist who is defecting with critical importance to the West and the world. The only way Mason can redeem himself and prove his innocence is to find the package, and save the world. I'll let you guess the outcome.

The story is intelligently written, with all the geography and hardware accurately portrayed. It grabs you and keeps you hooked, as much with the author's style as with the plot.

Try it. You'll like it.

Gripping storyline

Yet again Alex Mason and his friends have to fight the deadliest opponent's they have ever come across which happens to be the might of the USA government and law enforcement agencies, whilst trying to stop the Russians from launching nuclear weapons from a satellite which is invisible to radars because of it's stealth technology and thus saving the world from Armageddon.
Frightening thing about this book is the fact that e everything which is being described could actually happen for real, very thought provoking.

Real Thriller

This author takes you once again on an frightening, and thrilling adventure. I could travel to the locations described in this plot, and not feel unfamiliar. He described them so well.
As always, the main characters are so strong uncompromising and skilled, yet vulnerable. I love following them from one adventure to another. I worry about them as if they real, and I personally know them.
This plot is so scary. Could it really happen? If so, I would hope there is an Alex, Gillian and ODIN to save us.

Assets - Thrilling

I mean it! This was a tru thriller. Fast paced with hardly enough time to catch your breath!!! Some of the twists had to be reread and I had to slow it down in my mind to make sense of it BUT it was there. Right there! Very enjoyable read. I always love the plot of your stories. You give us just enough to make the gambit plausible but not sliding into mockery. Thank you!❤️

It's almost like the authors were seeing inside Putin today

I love suspense novels and this one was superior! Putin is power hungry, wanting his Russian Empire to be large and great again during his reign. Mason and Gallin working together again to read Putin's tea leaves and to foil his latest plot against the Western World. But can they put all the pieces together in time? A great read for those who relish suspense novels.

Big step up

The authors have stepped up their game. By far the most involving book. Characters more 3 dimensional and story more engaging. Over the top, sure, but some tension and reader involvement. Definitely more than the first 3! The smoldering relationship needs to be consummated, I’m guessing that happens in number 5. A good quick read.

Assets and Liabilities David Archer Blake Banner

Alex Mason is being used as a traitor to take the fall for another agents death. What ensues is a read of unimaginable acts of deception and treason. POTUS is being used, manipulated by people he trusted. A strike is in place to cause the deaths of millions of people. An excellent read!! Enjoyed immensely!!

All Assets, No Liabilities

A ripped-from-the-headlines plot. The phrase is trite and over-used but here it’s very accurate — and the story is all the more believable and exciting for it’s likeness to the real-world. Well-crafted characters + well-written text = well-satisfied readers.

Archer is always a good read.

I enjoy the plot build up and the character has engaging personality. It is troubling that the fictional situations are close to reality. Anyway it makes me think there really might be a acceptable ending to the current happenings. Always enjoy this author’s books a great diversion from daily worries.

almost but not quite

This book didn’t reach the hight I expected. The story is a bit far fetched, some of the battles (2 people attacking 60) are less logical and in general it was a bit less convincing.
I really wanted it to be as good as book 3 but I guess it didn’t meet my expectations and in general was just a bit to much for me.
happens hope book 5 will be better.

Rapid Action Thriller

I am loving this series. The action is non-stop set in a contemporary political environment where powerful people play with our lives. What they haven't factored in is the determination and audacity of the cat loving Alex Mason who fabulously disrupts their plans using whatever is available.

Just keeps getting better

Brilliant plot, excitement and the twistiest, turniest most descriptive story. Read alone or if you're a bit OCD like me buy the whole series and have one helluva binge fest. Highly recommended. If you like Reacher, Sam Pope, John Milton, Beatrix Rose and all our other potential saviours out there, you'll love Alex Mason. He ,da , boy!!!!

Oh my! What a story!

This is a scary plot that makes you wonder how much truth might be hidden in our government! With Putin trying to destroy Ukraine, you can see this scenario really happening!

Ukrainian real time—magnified

The Russians really up the ante making Ukraine look like a school yard fight and knees scraped. Almost psychic in timing with current events and international intrigue we see on the five o’clock news.

Scary stuff!

This could have been ripped from the headlines. Watching what is happening in the world right now, makes one wonder just how close we could be to having this story come true!

All i can say is ...WOW!.

If this was an aircraft, it'd definitely be rated as a "fast-mover!! " Great characters, great story-line, great everything! Exciting, intense, and as "unputdownable" as any thriller I've read, in a long, long time.

Assets and Liabilities

A scary story that even though it is fictional could be closer to reality than we would like to admit. The characters are similar to the actual people pulling the levers and switches. Does not make you overly comfortable!

Look out people the world is nuts

The story is possible and governments here and around the world need to wake. up to the reality that we are facing serious trouble. This story spins a good yarn that needs to be considered possible and disastrous.

This series is just good. I prepared myself because I was fully aware that I would probably not put this book down and I was correct. Action in spades, great characters, etc. I will be awaiting the next book and I will again make sure I have nothing to do for several hours

Really good

From the characters to the plot altogether enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the banter between Alex and Gallen. And with the way Putin is acting these days the story is so believable.

Good read

Creative writing and excellent thriller. Lots of thought brought forward into how a dictatorship with an uncontrollable head of state could possibly bring the Western World to its demise.

Best Yet

Page turning, fast paced, action packed st
ory with a scary parallel to today's political situation. Finally. Seeing characters development - but come on this platonic relationship needs to evolve. Looking forward to the next one.

I love this series. So full of non stop action and excitement. It’s Bond/ Bourne and Reacher rolled into one.
With interplay with Gallin it’s so engaging. I literally couldn’t put the book down.
David and Blake are a collaboration to be reckoned with.

Scary look at today's political situation

I like the main characters and their slowly developing relationship. The political situations are a little too realistic for comfort. It does make you ponder where we are going as a society.
