While investigating a vehicle collision, Officer Yang Seungbae discovers dashcam footage that plays into his suspicions about Oh Sangwoo. What will happen when he follows the evidence to Sangwoo’s home and catches sight of Yoon Bum? And what will the officer do when Sangwoo catches sight of him?
I would love to be able to diagnose what particular brand of sicko I am for kicking my feet and squealing at this series. I would love to show a certificate of sanity and proclaim myself a mentally stable human being. But Koogi has other plans. And who am I to go against a God?
Finally continuing with this series, and it continues to be disturbing, but strangely addicting? It’s very graphic in terms of violence and sex, but it’s also so interesting and I can’t pull my eyes away from it. I’m just so curious to see where this series will go! 👀
Flipped through the whole series so fast that Flash would be proud of me. Was just curious to know what level of unhinged were the peeps talking about. Overall rating: 4.5⭐
Killing Stalking Vol. 2 continues it's dark and disturbing tale. In this volume we get to see Sangwoo start to crack when it seems a police officer is on to him. It was really interesting and added a lot of tension as he starts to act a bit erratic. I was both happy at the potential of Yoon Bum being rescued and afraid for the officer's wellbeing 😅
We also get some flashbacks for Yoon Bum that are as tragic as expected, and an ending that has me eager to see what happens next!
I am not even surprised anymore with how dark Killing, Stalking is ! 😅 Every time I think that there’s no way it can get more depraved, it does. But I can’t look away… 🫣 The art style is amazingly gory and visceral.
Will Sangwoo be found out by the police for his crimes? Officer Yang Seungbae suspects that something is going on behind the closed doors of his home. But when he visits, he finds no evidence… despite being certain he saw a bandaged foot ? He also heard noises before entering the property. Yoon Bum’s mind is becoming more warped the longer he is held captive by Sangwoo. One minute he feels as though he hates him, the next he is certain he is in love with him and will do anything to please him. Stockholm syndrome in full effect!
As the police officer starts sniffing around the main villain, it suddenly struck me that he is Officer Pup and this is a very weird retelling of George Herriman's Krazy Kat comic strip. But with a higher body count and fewer laughs. As in Krazy Kat, even the presence of law enforcement can't keep the hunter from stalking his next prey.
Dark and depressing and still descending deeper into darkness.
"But you know… if I cut you up into little pieces and show those people… I wonder if they’ll still call you pretty?"
This was twisted and dark, and I was gleefully giggling like a kid in a candy store. Yes, I know. I’m f**ked up and so is this series. Can’t wait to read more.
I think I need to dip my brain in bleach after reading this because it was absolutely unhinged. I recommend this series to ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. You hear me? That being said, it’s pretty great. I’m going to go schedule a therapy appointment now.
Hot fucking damn. We love it when characters progressively become more unhinged, don't we?
We all know Sangwoo is psycho, but Yoon Bum is starting to show his true colors too, and it's glorious.
I'm trying so hard to refrain from reading ahead and to just wait for my physical copies to come in to continue the story. May 23, 2023 please come faster.
Ah yes, the true first major break for Yoon Bum as a character. Why is having a physical copy of this making me remember just how messed up this gets the further the story goes?
Yeah, that pretty much sums up my reaction to the last few pages of this volume. Things kick off with a focus on Saungbae, the police officer, and it gets tense as he starts finding reasons to poke around Sangwoo’s place. You're left wondering: is he going to figure it all out?
Then we get introduced to a new character, Min Jieun, who is wildly in love with Sangwoo. Like, obsessed. Meanwhile, Sangwoo is parading Bum around more and more, on crutches, acting like his twisted little pet. It just keeps getting darker. And those final pages? Full of pure what the fuck energy. Genuinely jaw-dropping.
Wow that was even better the first volume omgggg Aaaaaa I can'tttt and also I can't decide in who's side I am in the detective's or the serial killer! I can't understand why no one believes my baby Yang Seungbae 😞 he's so smart and innocent he deserves a girlfriend and he's handsome, too without he's glasses and he's hair up it's just a masterpiece 😍
Sangwoo has created a monster or maybe he just helped him release his inner demon. I actually liked this volume a little more than the first. But I want them to actually fall in love, maybe.
