Meh. Nothing to write home about, the MC just proceeds to get even more OP, his powers continue to shock those around him, the slimes and Proud Wolf continue to be adorable and the ending was just enough of a cliff hanger to get me reaching for the next one but not so much of one that I got annoyed.

Hard to tell if the MC is just humble or oblivious to how ridiculously OP he is in relation to the rest of the world.

The mystery plot continues to slowly grow, engaging my curiosity.

Yuji continues his route to becoming an official adventurer, as all the magic knowledge, spells, and advantages he's gotten from his slimes, his experience as a gamer, and the abilities he had to cultivate to survive crunch times and all-nighters at his job combine to give him an edge over many of his competitors. Plus, he gets a mount, makes some friends, finds a cursed stone, and tries to figure out the strengths and limits of his magic spells. Meanwhile, monster hordes march on the town he's in, about to wipe out everyone, so he has to figure out how to help the defenders and protect it.

I appreciate the comic moments most.

*The MC is OP af but he is really chill and practical, has common sense and is not stupid. His OPness is does not have that overtly, speshul snowflake vibe. Well, the people around him treat him like he's godlike with his OPness but, with all his sturdy and chill personality, it's grounded and not all over the place.
*The story is also really good.
*Everything is balanced.
*No unnecessary fanservice (most of manga like this have that unnecessary, sexually-toned fanservice that always makes me think that the author is compensating for a lack of *something* in their life)
*Mini-arc stories that contribute to the major arc A+

This was a really fun volume. I love seeing Yuji learning about all the spells he can do and creating new ones of his own. It's cool to see how he can utilise his tamed slimes too. I wasn't a fan of proud wolf when he was introduced, but throughout the volume he started growing on me.

Yuji is ridiculously overpowered, but so far it's just been fun to see what he can do and hopefully it doesn't make everything too easy for him.

I really enjoyed this volume and can't wait to start the next one.

Well the second volume really got me on board, the first was just a basic start to an OP isekai series and this one really wasn't much different with the build up but I have to say it's got me intrueged, the cursed stones and monster hords, I'm curious at where the series will go.

2.5 - same review for the series up to and including volume 10. The are is good and the story isn't too bad, but it's also quite bland and there aren't very many characters to get to know. It's an easy read when there is a lot going on around you and you don't have to focus too much.
