What a bittersweet ending to the series. We get to see our favorites fight for their lives and even some twists be thrown our way. I can't say much because can't let the ending slip but be ready.

HOLY HELL! I don't know how this brilliant author does it, but she keeps one upping her books with every new release, and I'm so glad that I have her books in my life. Survive is the explosive conclusion to this epic Houston Defiance MC series, and it came out of the gate at a dead run, and never slowed down for even a second. I know the moment I got it in my greedy little hands, I dropped everything to devour it in short order because I had a ton of questions that were finally going to get answered from all the twists coming in hot at new levels. I'm also so grateful that it didn't take an eternity to come out after the last cliffhanger ending because I was truly dying inside. I know that I'm coming off so very vague, but I refuse to give any detail on this leveled up conclusion so I'm not ever sorry since it's so much fun to read it from a blind place LOL! KE Osborn is such a talented author that I would literally go crazy if she ever stopped writing because I will NEED her in my life like my caffeine! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a way to end a series! Honestly, I don't know how KE Osborn manages to write these series that not only keep you completely engrossed but emotionally invested in these characters and their stories from book one to book eight. There are so many feelings... so much happens... and this chapter of Defiance is wrapped up quite beautifully. I do not want to say too much because you truly need to go into this one blind. BUT I will say you need to read this book, it's 100% a MUST READ!!
Honestly, the Houston Defiance MC Series will forever be my one of favorites! And although I am sad to see it go, I am so excited to see where Osborn takes us next in New Orleans.

Ok, this is going to be one of my shorter and less detailed reviews, because I don't want to risk ruining the ending of The Houton Defiance MC Series for anyone, so here I go:
For starters, I loved reading the conclusion of these characters from multiple points of views, I think K.E. Osborn succeeded masterfully in this regard. Plus to the fact that the plot of this book was amazing: from Koda trying to get Thayleah back, to the consequences the club had to face after the Militia uncovering the boys' betrayal, all accompanied by one shocking twist after another, some unexpected tragedies, and the hot moments we're already used to in this series.
But not only that, it also made me very happy to have the opportunity to read a little more about River, his plot was very interesting, the girl who stole his heart was a complete surprise to me and I loved every little moment I had of both. And although it was very sad to say goodbye to these characters, especially since they were my introduction to MC romance, it also made me very happy to read the ending that K.E. gaveto all the boys.

Superb finale to an amazing series
The Houston Defiance series has been one of my favourite from KE Osborn, and SURVIVE was such a superb finale. I knew it would be an explosive finale and I wasn't wrong. Intensity, mystery, suspense, passion, and heartache, Kim brought them all. A lot happens in SURVIVE, Defiance MC and the Militia are at boiling point with one another, Koda and Thayleah finally find happiness, River meets the love of his life (she was totally unexpected), a decision is made on Billy, and the MC undergoes some changes that I didn't see coming. Like I said, Kim has outdone herself.
Right from the start the action begins with Koda and the MC hunting for Thayleah after she went missing at the end of Secretive. What ensues is both heartbreaking and heartwarming. Koda's love for Thayleah is deeply entrenched, as is his need to protect her. Koda may have begun the series as a boy, however there is no doubt that by the end of this book he has emerged as the man I always knew he would be. A highlight was the relationship between Zero and Cherry. Never did I expect to see a deep emotional side of Zero, but I did, and Cherry proved just how strong a woman she really was. River gave me plenty of laughs when he finally found the woman for him, though I don't think her brother was too impressed ... oh well.
SURVIVE, to me, was a story of emotions, of course there was the usual anger, pain, anguish, frustration, and joy, but there were also many tears that were shed. This is why I love Kim's writing so much; she invites her readers into the hearts and lives of her characters. High stakes drama and action are non-stop, which once again pits the MC against the Militia - this has become survival of the fittest. Who will be the last man standing?
I have loved the Houston Defiance MC series and I'm sad to see it finish. However, I am looking forward to Kim's new series NOLA Defiance MC and book one Gravitate, especially after reading that blurb.

Fantastic MC Read!!
I don’t even know where to start because this book was AMAZING. If you have been following along with Houston Defiance MC you know the backstory of the club. This book threw everything at me with intense drama and steam that came off the pages. The Walkers are Defiance and there has always been a Walker as the Prez.
With the very fragile alliance between Defiance and the Militia things are now coming to a head. There is an all-out war that will leave your mouth hanging open with the outcome. The youngest of the Walkers is still a prospect at the beginning but he has a hard time toeing the line because someone he loves is taken from him.
Every time one of the books from the series comes out, I drop everything just to read it. This book left me wanting for nothing because Ms. Osborn put it all out there. I highly recommend not only this book but this series as well.

Koda & Thaleah & everyone
An end to a compelling series.
It has been a long time battle with the Militia. Will it finally come to an end? This story gives a recap of many of the MC couples and their families. It is fun to catch up on them even though there is plenty of action with long-time enemies. Plenty of steam keeping these couples together. While giving much away would spoil it for readers, I can say it is hard to put this down.
Readers have come to love this group and the series coming to an end would be a big loss if the next generation wasn't coming. Patience isn't gonna be easy. Even though I can't give details I can guarantee you'll love every page—except the one that says THE END.

Oh my stars. With a bang, we are concluding the Houston chapter of Defiance and my heart and soul cannot take it! There is so much to take in with this one that my heart was racing the whole time. Seeing Koda come into his own was so magical and absolutely perfect for him. There is still so much that goes on within these pages for not just Koda and Thaylee but the whole crew. It is intense, raw, passionate and so much more. The level of family is really shown with this chapter of Defiance and it is just everything. Now is the time to pick up and binge the entire series and get lost in this world from Zero to Six.

I hate seeing this series come to an end. I could read about this club forever. Everyone touches your heart and you feel like your in the fight with them. We’ve watched love ones die, give birth, some redeem themselves, you watch them fall in love…. It’s a great series. There’s not much more I can say.

As always, this author keeps me captivated! I love every member of this MC and this last couple was no different! There is so much action packed into these books its an even ratio of sex and violence which keeps me on the edge of my seat!! This story ended so well with all loose ends tied up. I cant wait for the next city!

I’m so sad to see this series finished. I loved all of those characters and despite the book being amazing it’s so hard to see them go. I loved the depth of emotion we saw from Zero in this book. River was hilarious and it was wonderful to see him find his lady. Koda really grew up through this series and it was heartbreaking watching him struggle through this book. There’s tons of action, twists, romance, humor, and sexy times to be found in this book. What a wonderful ending to an awesome series.

Smashing, Shocking & Deadly with out of left field twists & turns Finale with the final foray in the most dangerous war 😱😍🥵
What a freaking Sensational series finale this one was. AHH.. I'm still speechless & processing what all happened.
If that scary cliffy wasn't nerve wracking enough, the events leading from there on just keep on becoming all the more crazy and everyone is one edge trying to find Thayleah's whereabouts.
But this time their enemy is an unknown shadow, a ghost and hence all the more difficult to track and know about.
But Houston Defiance is Relentless in pursuit and doesn't back down no matter what.
I was so astounded with how many battles this people have taken on and come out victorious from near death experiences and from situations that had no way out.
And if when a huge problem is take care of finally is not enough for everyone to relax... Freaking out of the blue..
BOOM.. 😱😳😱😳.. OH MY... I WAS FREAKED OUT LIKE CRAZY. WHAT THE F**K WAS HAPPEN & WOULD THE HOUSTON DEFIANCE EVEN SURVIVE THIS ONE.
AHH.. WILD & CRAZY DANGEROUS ROLLER-COASTER RIDE FULL OF ACTION & SECRETS & DEVASTATION & YET AFTER ALL OF IT, THRILLING TASTE OF TRIUMPH.
I'm kinda sad this series is ending with this book as I've become so close to all this characters and I'm seriously going to miss them oh so much 😪😪.
But this MC series... UTTER BRILLIANCE NOT ONLY IN THE STORY BUT ALSO THE WRITING IS FREAKING FANTASTIC IN HOW IT MADE ME CONNECT AND FEEL FOR ALL THE CHARACTERS.

Koda & Thayleah love story FINALLY come full circle. From childhood crushes and now FINALLY have their happily ever after. They just have to deal with the devil herself first...no spoilers
We have a wedding TREAT I won't spoil who but we need that after all that action and SHOCKING truths. Yes the wedding help recover from the shock & another surpise you will love 🥰
Zero & Cherry love story is still strong and their twins are strong too. And I love the Walker's superstition of that, they MUST name their sons & daughters with a letter that starts with a "K".

Some time ago the battle lines were drawn between Houston Defiance and the Militia when they had decided to try and outsmart them. One day things were going to come to a head. Within an MC organisation, there is a distinct chain of command and apart from loyalty, the members need to show respect. But sometimes prospects will fight that system. When the war strikes, those they love will fall, chaos will be there on the streets of Houston. The question is will the club survive and can it evolve so it has a future? Through all of that relationships will be tested, others will start, but the enduring connection is the club.
A great book for the last in the series which I was addicted to and could not put down even though it made me sad when I had finished and realised that was it. I loved the danger and drama in this story which was typical Houston Defiance territory. I loved Koda's devotion for Thayleah and I could the discussions between Zero and Cherry to be very emotional (and also a perfect example as to just how very strong she was). I just loved this book from the start to the finish, surprises, sadness and all. Contains explicit sexual content.

Like all of this author’s stories this one captures your interest immediately and holds it throughout the entire story. I found myself so engrossed I didn’t want to put it down to do anything else.
There were so many times when my heart nearly jumped out of my chest because the action and scenes were so intense I felt like I was there in them. Then there were other times when my heart was crying for some of the characters when things were really tough. Last but not least, there were the times when I chuckled out loud or my heart seemed to grow with pride for the club family members, their loyalty and togetherness. Yes, you certainly experience everything in this fast-paced story and I loved it all.
So much happens in Survive that just when things start to settle down the next thing you know there is more drama and action heating up, I loved it. Of course, Koda and Thayleah are both wonderful characters, as are all of the Houston Defiance MC, and their story has been quite tragic at times. Be warned there are some surprises in store but being unpredictable is what makes a good story a great one.

✯✯5 Defiance Filled Stars!!!✯✯
Wahhh I don’t wanna be writing this review Bc it means The Houston Defiance MC is finished and I don’t wanna say goodbye to these guys.
I’m not going to give too much away Bc it’s the series finale.
We pickup right where we left off. Thayleigh has taken off hoping to save her nephew and Koda has just realized that she has left and the men of Defiance go out to find her and bring her back home.
They find her but not before Jadis takes off. Koda vows to find her and end her reign of terror. When Jadis learns Defiance has been keeping things from the militia she reaches out to them and they attack Defiance when Defiance wasn’t expecting it.
But, that attack left Defiance in a situation they didn’t expect. Zero knew the militia would come for him but not in the way they did. Nobodies lives are the same afterwards.
I couldn’t put this down once I started it. I was glad to see some of K. E. Osborn’s other MC and to learn that she’s writing the NOLA Chapter next. I’m excited to see what’s next for them after what just happened.

We pickup right where we left off. Thayleigh has taken off hoping to save her nephew and Koda has just realized that she has left and the men of Defiance go out to find her and bring her back home.
They find her but not before Jadis takes off. Koda vows to find her and end her reign of terror. When Jadis learns Defiance has been keeping things from the militia she reaches out to them and they attack Defiance when Defiance wasn’t expecting it.
But, that attack left Defiance in a situation they didn’t expect. Zero knew the militia would come for him but not in the way they did. Nobodies lives are the same afterwards.
I couldn’t put this down once I started it. I was glad to see some of K. E. Osborn’s other MC and to learn that she’s writing the NOLA Chapter next. I’m excited to see what’s next for them after what just happened.

Grudges, secrets, and tragic events are in this conclusion of the Houston Defiance MC series, and I hated to see it end. I love the characters in this series and will miss them dearly. However, the conclusion was an epic ending and one of the best reads for me this year, so far.
Koda and Thayleah have a great future, but when their past comes knocking on the door, they may not have that future. Thayleah has been dealt a lot of hard blows, but she will do anything to protect her family and those that are close to her, so when her past rears its ugly head with a nasty threat, she takes things into her own hands, but can she survive what lies ahead for her?
The Houston Defiance will be threatened for the secrets they’ve created, and it won’t be an easy fix. When danger walks into the club house, again, it’s going to be bloody and tragic. However, the Houston Defiance is a family that stands together and loyalties will be proven. I love the Houston Defiance and I hate to see the end of this series, but I am sure that K E Osborn will not disappoint and will have so much more to share with her readers. I love her stories and her characters and always look forward to more from her. I give this book a 5-star review and honestly, if I could double it I would.

The Houston Defiance always delivers passion, drama and suspense. This final chapter starts where we ended with Thayleah in the clutches of Jadis and Koda is now frantic to find her. Being a Prospect with the club is a struggle for Koda since he doesn’t have any say in how the club handles business. Even bigger than finding Thayleah are the Militia and the alliance they maintain. Zero knows that keeping part of the sales from them is asking for trouble. As this club faces each challenge that comes their way, you always get the true sense of family that they have created with how everyone bands together to help each other. Getting to see Koda’s growth as he works to become a patched member of the club is the perfect ending to this series. I definitely was on the edge of my seat more than once during this story. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

This is the eighth and final book in this amazing series by this author. This book is explosive from the start, you will be gripped from the first page to the very last page. This book is filled with suspense, steam, drama and so much more. This is an amazing end to this incredible series of books, this author has definitely out done themselves with this book and definitely saved the best till last.

3.5 ⭐️ hectic paced ending to an action packed MC series
Osborn and Addison have pack a lot into this last book in the Defiance MC series. We get Koda and Thaylea’s HEA, River finally gets a girl, Billy’s pace within the club is finally decided and the their association with the Militia has reached a tipping point. Old secrets are revealed and new leaders emerge. My head is still spinning as I try to take it all in. It reads very quick like others in the series, but I found myself going back many times to try not to miss the little things due to pace and change in POV.
The series has been a great ride and I hope for more from this duo.

Action, chaos, suspense, ups, downs, highs, lows, laughter, tears, romance, love, brotherhood and family fill the pages of the final book in The Houston Chapter. This book was everything I wanted and so much more. There was so much happening through these pages that I wasn't sure how it was going to play out in the end and all though my heart broke for some due to certain events I couldn't have been happier with the way it all played out. I'm sad that this is the last book for the Houston Chapter, but I have no doubt we will see them pop up in th next series.

This was a bittersweet read as it is the last book in the Houston Defiance Series, This read was action packed, fast paced and I wouldn't have it any other way. The title is fitting for this last book in the series as they are all survivors and will do whatever it takes to protect the ones they love. Koda showed so much character growth in this book, he really impressed me. This series was amazing and this book ended the series perfectly. Cannot wait for Ms Osborn's next series, She is one of the best MC writers out there.

Wow what a phenomenal book to end this series on. I am so going to miss this series. I know this book revolves a lot around Koda and Thayleah and their story but this author does not leave the other characters out. You get to read about their lives and how the author ties all of their lives up as well. I can't say much because I don't want to give anything away but I definitely teared up several times. It is a very emotional and angsty read. I absolutely recommend this series. Such a phenomenal series.

I’m gonna be sad that this the last book of this Chapter of the Defiance MC. They are drawing the battle lines for a battle that has been in the back of everyone’s lives and minds for years, now they are out to take down their enemies and run Houston better then ever before.
There is drama, fighting and finally acceptance with the characters of this book.
Koda and Thay meet at college and clicked, they have a love that is for the ages. They will fight for each other and the club that has come to be more then just a family, but the world they live in. When trouble comes for Thay,they club and Koda will stop at nothing to get her back and to take out the threat.
The club as a whole learns to trust each other more then ever and to forge a spot for the future generations of Defiance MC.

Loved this action packed, gritty story last story in the Houston Defiance series. This was an action packed read, fairly fast paced and full of suspense and tension that kept on the edge of my seat right through until the end. Koda and the rest of the characters have grown and developed through the series, showing their own true characters really well. I really enjoyed this series and I’m sorry to see the the end, but the conclusion was just right and I’m looking forward to the next series.

What a way to end the series! I loved this book and was so happy to see a resolution for Thayleah and Koda. Thayleah was such a strong person despite all her trials, and Koda wanted to protect her from all danger. As usual, it was a gritty story with love and support from the MC. There were a few tears now and then, but I did not want to stop reading. I highly recommend this book as well as the series.

This is the conclusion to the Houston Defiance MC and Survive draws you in immediately and holds you tight within its grip. This story has an intensity to it and at times you will find yourself holding your breath. You will be taken on one final ride of action, passion, humour, drama and everything in between. You will laugh, cry and smile as the MC show us once again what family is. Koda and Thayleah will steal your heart again as a few twists and turns and surprises catch off guard. An amazing ending to this series.

Wow!! What an awesome ending to a long and hard and grueling journey!! K.E.Osborn did an excellent job bringing the Houston Defiance MC into our hands, hearts and minds!!!! Survive was the epic ending to the series. Not everything is hearts and rainbows. Like she said, some we lose, some relationships are tested and some alliances are broken. But I have to say I love how full circle Koda comes. When we first met him in Explosive as a young teen to Survive at the end he has grown not just physically but mentally and forward thinking. You definitely won't be disappointed in this book but you should start with book 1.

We really enjoyed this won drama, fast-paced, suspense, betrayals, and a twist that we never saw coming but, pleasantly surprised. So many surprises, some good, some horrible and even downright evil. One minute you felt like crying and the next you were grinning.
The characters were awesome as always, so much happening with all of them. Koda was a big surprise this time around and how he was growing into the man he was meant to be. Cherry for cherry bomb earned her nickname this time around. So much happening, it turned into an emotional tale.
We have to say we could not put this one down and loved it. Hurricane has caught our interest, so we hope to see a story down the road, seems like there is a story to tell with him. Perfect ending to an awesome tale.
