Popular girl Andrea has a big secret... her perfect life is a sham. She hides an after school job that supports her family so she can fit in with her wealthy friends. After she loses her job, she lands a lucrative gig as a maid in an ultra-rich family mansion. Little does she know, this home belongs to her biggest rival and the guy she hates most: Alex.
No hate intended, but the authors really said copy and paste Maid Sama-I personally had read and finished this series back when it was still a canvas webtoon. In all honesty I still see potential in this storyline, and in the characters, however it just wasn't something I personally found enjoyable :/
I love this book so effing much! I love Alec freaking Blaze and Andrea! Andrea's character is amazing and all of the characters are so unique and fun to read! There wasn't a single part in the book where I was bored. I swear DemonicBlackCat is my new fav author now!
This is cute for anime inspired rom-com. Not that I have anything against Anime or Rom-coms. I spent $70 on my own copy of seasons 1-3 of Haikyuu and have a Fairytail tattoo. And as for Rom-coms, Ell Woods is the messiah and She's the Man is just a good time. It's when the two meet that I go 😬.
There are just so many toxic tropes in that particular anime drama, and the fuss are always assholes and the girls anyways rude for no reason. And while there are some~ of those toxic tropes in her, both characters are genuinely likeable, have good chemistry, and typically treat each other life you should treat a friend, and later a partner.
This is genuinely cute. The art is really nice as well. The transitions are beatiful, and the storytelling is great. All in all the quality of this comic is something you'd fully expect to pay for, and it's FREE. Insanity. Alas, if only anime would take a page out of this comic.
This was cute but in a rough way. There's always a lot of room for improvement but there was definitely a huge improvement from when it was a Webtoon Canvas to getting picked up for Webtoon Originals.
I got very mad at Andrea and dropped this after the arc where she split up with Alex over nothing. You don’t just break up with someone after they open up to you. He has a toxic family but that doesn’t mean you can be toxic to him too
