So as you figured out this is a dark fairy tale with a Rapunzel and paranormal twist. We have dragons, wolves and other shifters in this book. So we have Violet who is the main character and she has been secluded in a cave up in the mountains away from society since she was a kid. So basically she has no clue as to how to interact with people. Everything she owns is for a child. She is an adult mind you. Then one day some guys stumble upon her cave. This changes everything! They make her question a lot of things but it is all so confusing. She cannot process it all. Then when she asks her father for information or just to stay. Something has to give right? Will she finally come to her senses and be bold enough to stand up to him. Well she has learned a lot about the men who showed up, Kyril and Gabriel. There is an underlying attraction between the three. So what happens when daddy dearest finds out that men are coming to see her. It gets really crazy. Obviously you know fighting will ensue. So how will it all play out. Will she be able to escape the clutches of her father and find love in her two men. Check it out to see.

I liked that there were so many different types of shifters in this book. The main three characters are a Roc, a Phoenix and a Dragon.
I liked how much care Kyril and Gabriel showed for Violet. They wanted to make sure that she had opportunities to learn and grow so she would fit into the world when she got out of the tower.
It felt like the story had a lot of time to develop. Which gave Violet time to develop as a person, not just as a potential mate. I really enjoyed reading about her growth. She was still the same person, but her inner strength started to shine more and more.
I liked that Kyril and Gabriel weren't already a pair that had been in a million ménages before. To the point that they put effort into not even touching hands. I found it so endearing.
I cannot wait to read book 2, I like that it was sort of hinted at, just enough that I am jumping right into it.

This is the retelling of Rapunzel. Locked away in a tower by her father the King. She believes what her father is telling her about men who wanted to hurt her. But Gabriel and Kyril find themselves at her tower and she finds out that her father lied to her. Violet's father is crazy mean and when he finds out about her visitors he throws her out of the tower. She survives but is hurt. Will Gabriel and Kyril find her before Violet's father comes back to finish the job of killing her? Great story. Since her mother’s death Violet has been tucked away in a tower by her father. He warned that there were men who wanted to hurt her and it was for her protection. She believed him until Gabriel and Kyril found themselves at her tower having gotten off course. She discovers through them that the world is much different than what she was told. They will fight to be together no matter what.

This is a dark retelling of the fairy story this time it's Violet locked in a tower by the King, her father. Violet's suffered verbal abuse which has made her feel unloved. But Kyril and Gabriel, two Royal Guards make her realise that she is not to blame for her father's treatment of her. When she realises more about her father's actions she's shocked. Will Gabriel and Kyril be able to keep Violet safe? Is Violet strong enough to stand up to her father, if she does what will his reactions be?

This is a dark retelling of a classic with shifters and a crazy king. It was funny and had me rooting for Rapunzel and her hot men. Add in some danger, craziness, and a prophecy and you get a fun hot story.Watching Rapunzel and her men find each other and fall for each other was a bit funny too. And the ending was satisfying.

A great new take on the fairytale. The charactors really came to life and were true to character throughout. The "prince" was very creative on the authors part. I'm having a hard time writing this without spoilers, it was such an entertaining story.

The story of Rapunzel paranormal version with ménage à trois.

It was astonishing how Violet grew from a naive girl into a strong dragon queen. She suffered a lot and came out strong and her two mates were there to support her.

This take on Rapunzel has Violet as a dragon shifter princess who is imprisoned and hidden by her father until she is accidentally found by two of the King’s Guard. Great read

The story of the book is loosely inspired by the fairy tale Rapunzel. The main characters are shifters, including a princess and her devoted guards. I find it hard to believe how naive the female main character (FMC) is at the beginning. She starts off weak but eventually grows into her strength. After all, she becomes the queen.

This story started out so very sad for me. It took me a while to realise Violet was not a teenager. The abuse was realistic. The ending was a HEA. I like those. It was a good read.

This is book one in an erotic fairy tale series. This one focuses on Rapunzel. I really didn’t like how childlike the main character was the story did end up getting better in the end. Looking to try the next one and see how it goes.

An interesting twist to a classic fairytale

The patience and love shown by the Rock and Phoenix dragons are lovely to read. The innocence and lack of knowledge kept from Violet can be a bit annoying but necessary for the story.

This storyline definitely drew me in. I really enjoyed reading this twist on Repunzel.
I definitely recommend this book for over 18 due to content.

Rapunzels Märchen mal auf andere Art erzählt. Ich durfte es vorab lesen ,was aber meine Beurteilung nicht beeinflußt.
Die Thronfolgerin des Drachenreiches Avilian, Violet wird von ihrem Vater in einem Turm fernab von allem angeblich zu ihrem Schutz versteckt.
Doch als zwei junge Männer ,die zwei Wachen des Königs, der Donnervogel Kyrill und der Phönix Gabriel sind bei ihr während eines Gewitters notlanden wird Violet langsam klar,das ihre Abgeschiedenheit nicht das Wahre sein kann. Sie hat vor allem und jedem Angst ,da ihr Vater immer behauptet man trachte ihr nach dem Leben und Männer wären ausnahmslos böse und würden versuchen sie zu vergewaltigen.
Kyrill und Gabriel jedoch entfachen in Violett Gefühle ,die ihr fremd sind .Die beiden bringen ihr Bücher und andere lebensnotwendige Dinge mit und führen sie langsam aus ihrer Abgeschiedenheit heraus.
Doch dann muss Violett sich entscheiden für das Leben ,Kyrill und Gabriel oder ihren Vater ,der mit aller Macht verhindern will das Violett erwachsen wird.
Es beginnt eine aufregende Flucht bei der Violett schnellstens erwachsen werden muss und eigene Entscheidungen treffen muss.
Wird sie sich für die Liebe zu den beiden jungen Männern oder ihren despotischen Vater entscheiden ,der mit aller Macht verhindern will ,das eine alte Prophezeiung Wirklichkeit wird ?
,denn es kommt emistens anders als man es erwartet hat.
Eine wirklich schöne Story ,die uns zeigt ,das man sich dem Schicksal nicht in den Weg stellen kann

Rapunzels dunkle Geheimnisse ist der 1 Band der Silbermond Gestaltwandler. Ich habe schon ein paar Bücher der Autorin gelesen, aber hier habe ich mich die erste hälfte echt gelangweilt. Was ich so gar nicht von ihr kenne, weil das Buch auch nur 162 Seiten hatte & hier der Anfang echt nur vor sich hinplätscherte. Dennoch hat mir dann die 2 hälfte gut gefallen & es wurde nochmal spannend. Auch hier war die Spannung der 3 intensiv & es prickelte. Aber leider nicht so wie ich es aus ihren Büchern kenne.
