I love this book. It's well set out with photos of all bar a couple of the recipes, and although the recipes are tasty and healthy they are definitely not dull or full of random ingredient replacements like many slimming cook books.
This book is brilliant! Really tasty food and all low calorie. I’ve already made 4 of the recipes and every one of them were delicious. Last nights Zesty Chicken and Chorizo Paella was so so tasty.
