Starting a book at the end may seem confusing. But the end of one thing is just the beginning of something new. That’s probably one of the best pickup line I have ever seen an author using. This was the line that made me to read this beautiful short book. Talking about the author, he has many books written under his name and doing well in the market. He is a true gentleman and loves skiing.
Coming to the book, the target audience is the little ones. As we all know that children are like clay. You can mold them and their thoughts in any way you want. So, it becomes utterly important to teach them how to face the life’s difficulties with optimism. It gives a beautiful message of hope, love and teaches them to dream big.
In addition, I would also like to acknowledge the cute artworks used in the book. Children most importantly get attracted to cartoons and pictorial representations. This book is full of such beautiful artworks that would attract every child’s attention and they would love to have it beside them.
For me it was a fast and brief read. I would recommend it to every parent who has a little one in their house, it’s a must try. WELL DONE MIKE!!

It has been said that when one door closes, another one opens, and this picture book twists that adage slightly to remind readers that an ending can also be the beginning or the start of something new. It all depends on perspective, after all, and the book provides examples of how the ending of one season heralds the beginning of another one, that mistakes can lead to new discoveries, and that the end of a meal could be the start of noshing on a delicious dessert. While some of the examples are a bit strained and stretch the imagination, the last page with its mention of how finishing one book simply means a chance to start a new one made me smile. I liked the idea of beginning this particular book with THE END and closing it with THE BEGINNING, but I wish there had been more examples of how this idea could be carried out through life. Created with acrylic paint, colored pencil, and collage, the illustrations feature soft colors and commonplace occurrences, making the concept proposed here all the more relatable.

What a great idea for a book 😁 I thoroughly enjoyed this one!! it’s all about how the end is actually just the beginning of something else.
The end of a mistake is just the beginning of learning something new, the end of a disagreement is just the beginning of making up, the end of the day is just the beginning of night... in fact if you really think about it, the end is entirely endless and beginnings are too. Everything is moving along and the only constant is change.
I love this concept and the point the author makes will certainly give children a different perspective on life and the world around them. It’s well written and features lovely illustrations. This book reminded me to just go with the flow because change is a big part of life 😁 and remember, this isn’t the end of the book review... it’s the beginning of the next one 😉

I was a big fan of Bender's book The Nothing Book and he returns with this book The End is Just the Beginning. Arguing and illustrating that every end of something is also a beginning of something else, A very thoughtful book to use in the right situation when dealing with the "end" of some event. It would be a great read at the end of the school year in a classroom.
