I'm not much of a holiday romance kind of chic. Christmas romance usually bore the shit out of me! but.... Juliette Cross's Walking In A Witchy Wonderland just shot that all to hell. So I guess this hoe! hoe does love a Christmas romance read!!!! I guess if you write one with hot and sexy vampires,werewolves,witches and grims I'm all in! What a fabulous read with 5 behind the scenes short stories from the Stay A Spell series. I love this paranormal world that juliette has created with the savoie witch sisters! Each one is so unique and so are the men who love them. I have to admit that vamps are my favorite paranormal characters their so hot,sexy and intense but juliette has me expanding my book boyfriend supernatural reverse harem with werewolves like mateo/Alpha and nico! Holy fuck these wolf's are hot!!!! And Grim's like the tech savvy and oh! So! sexy and dark Gareth Blackwater with his obsidian gaze and killer body that would make any women's panties instantly wet! Can't wait for his and lavinia's book because any guy who sends what he wants to do to you telepathically in great detail is a keeper!!!! Now you know I saved the best for last!!! Devraj is one of the sexist vampires and his and isadora's story was a toe curling, mind blowing steamy hot! Vampires are the kings of seduction and a vampire in love is especially intense and the sex to die for! And I loved it!!!! No one does it better then a vamp! Each story had love, humor and passion and the funniest was Nico and violet babysitting mateo and Evie's 3 kids!!! Can't wait to see how these kids turn out! Their little pisser's and already showing their hidden talents. And juliette's first M/M romance between charlie and JJ the bartender at the saviore sister's bar was hot, beautiful and something that I've waited for from the beginning. I love this couple so much and I'm glad JJ finally pulled his head out of his ass! Charlie is awesome! Can't say enough about this writer! Every book leaves me wanting more! If you haven't read this series your missing out on one hell of a good time! Until next time Luv's💞💋

Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is book #3.5 in the Stay a Spell series by Juliette Cross. This was a super fun, super sexy group of five short stories featuring our favorite Savoie Sisters over the Christmas holiday.

Bewitch You A Merry Christmas features Evie and Mateo and of course, Mateo’s inner wolf, Alpha. Evie needs to remove a hex from a customer but of course, wants to find out who and why the hex was put on him so it won’t happen again. But all Mateo (and Alpha) want is to get their Evie alone. Since this was our first couple, it’s been awhile since I read this one and I loved revisiting them and seeing how much these two love each other.
Rockin’ Around The Hexmas Tree features Isadora and Devraj. At their family gift exchange, a particular ornament makes the rounds and ends up with Izzy and Dev. This ornament makes for some fun sexy times between these two whose sexy times didn’t really need a boost. This was so much fun.
Jingle Bell Jock might be my favorite of the five stories. This one features our favorite bartender, JJ and his best friend, Charlie. On New Years Eve someone is putting the moves on Charlie. Charlie has been secretly in love with his best friend, JJ but has given up that he will ever feel the same way. Maybe it’s time he finally moves on. But JJ has his own moment when he realizes he doesn’t want his best friend seeing another man. He wants him for himself.
You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grim featured Livvy and Gareth Blackwater who is a Grim. This was a little sneak peak into a couple that hasn’t had a book yet and I loved it. The Grims are so mysterious and I can’t wait to get to know Gareth better.
Jingle Spells featured Nico and Violet. This was probably the sweetest of the five stories. Nico and Violet are spending the evening babysitting Nico and Evie’s triplets! Yes, I said triplets. It’s a challenging night but these two did great with these three little ones. And seeing each other in the caregiver role definitely sets off their maternal feelings. Maybe it’s time for them to start working on their own family? Or, just have some fun practicing!
All five of these stories made me smile so big. I love this series and revisiting everyone made me so excited for the next book, Always Practice Safe Hex. I’m pretty sure I know who it will be about but we’ll just have to wait to be sure!

This was too much fun to read!! I loved being with each of these characters. And the steam?? The steam! Breathing problems, I'm telling ya.
Is this my favourite in the series as of now? Possibly. Each instalment seems to be getting better and better.
JJ and Charlie needed their own book! I fell in LOVE with them.
And Livvy and Gareth? I can't wait to read theirs. 😍

This was a super fun addition to the Stay a Spell series. I read this after finishing the entire series so it was nice catching up with the previous couples and finally getting Charlie and JJ's story - which turned out to be my favorite in this anthology.
As all Juliette Cross books, there were quite a few 🔥 spicy 🔥 moments. My favorites were when Devraj freaking lifts Isadora against a wall to eat her 🐱 (like god damn that's some strength), and JJ takes care of Charlie for the first time. 🥵 Real talk, some of these scenes had me opening my nightstand drawer.
While I did enjoy the book, it's really not one you need to read unless you really want the story of how Charlie and JJ got together. The rest are just fun additions that don't really add much to the series besides extra insight to the couples.

Spoilers ahead***
This was a very nice bridge from the first three books in this series to the last three. We got a glimpse of Evie and Mateo and how they are handling their TRIPLETS. We got to see a hexed Christmas ornament that turned things up a notch in the bedroom for Dev and Isadora. We got to see Nico and Violet watching said triplets and come to the conclusion that they want to start trying for children. We also got glimpses into Clara and her man Henry- can't wait for that one. We got a broody Jules and Ruben interaction that was unexpected and AWESOME. And we got a glimpse into book 4 with Livvy and Gareth. and Finally we got to see JJ and Charlie. This book had all the feels and got me that much more excited for the remaining three stories!

This was such a fun, feel good, set of novellas centered around the Stay A Spell series.
This is filled with hot and spicy looks at my favorite couples. Seeing them in so many different situations was more entertainment than I anticipated. Everything that I loved about each of these characters was amplified and offered as my very own special Christmas gift from the author. More, Mateo? Merry Christmas to me!

Well, what can I say? This little anthology is so delightful! I would only recommend it if you are already a fan, because there are spoilers up the whazoo! But if you love 2nd epilogues or getting a peek into the lives of your beloved characters later on, this is going to be a treat. It is very quick and you will want more right away but it is so perfect.
The Savioe Sisters are deep in my heart, and full disclosure I am good friends with the author, but I also feel like these characters are just so likeable, you will feel the same way I do. They are just so fun and sweet and warm. I was smiling all the way through these short stories.
This also includes a tiny peek into the next couple in the series and I am SO EXCITED for that book to get written, that pairing is so adorable and intriguing. I want to know more about that freaking Grim!!!!
Also included is Juliette's first MM short story and I was so into it. This couple has been hinted at and I wanted to see them together so badly. I am so happy that she took the leap and showed us some of their HEA that has been happening behind the scenes. I loved it so much. It was so heartwarming and steamy to experience.
Honestly, if you are going to read this anthology, you are already in love with this setting and these characters, but I am always so thrilled to read anything from Juliette Cross and I will continue to be a fan of whatever she puts out.

This was a fun way to get an extra sneak peak into each of the sisters in the series. Some feel like epilogues, and for the sisters who we haven't gotten their books yet, it was more like a prologue. On top of that, we got a more in depth look into Charlie and JJ's start of their love story. I just love this family of sisters and I enjoyed getting more from them. The cutest part was the last short story. I'm always a sucker seeing a hero with his kids. So cute!

The Stay A Spell series is my favorite paranormal romance series so I was THRILLED to hear we were getting a holiday anthology with bonus epilogues of some of our favorite couples AND two completely new couples!
This book delivered on every expectation I had and even exceeded it. I looooved seeing more scenes with Evie and Mateo, and Isadora and Devraj. It felt so cozy and comfortable, but also verrrrry hot and steamy. I also really loved the stories from two new couples! One is an m/m romance and the other is an entirely new couple that will be featured in their own book!
I loved every single page and definitely see myself rereading it every Christmas season!

Essentially a collection of extra epilogues ranging from spicy to adorably sweet, this anthology was a super fun peek in to the lives of the Savoie sisters and their friends. If you haven’t read the Stay A Spell series, you’re missing out on major awesomeness! Wolves, witches, vamps, and a few Grims, Cross has created a wonderful series that keeps me coming back for more!
Bewitch You A Merry Christmas—(December, right after Wolf Gone Wild) This spicy number features Evie, Mateo, and hot diggity—ALPHA!! 🤣 What can I say, the wolf is hard not to like! With Evie wrapped up with breaking hexes and attending family celebrations, Mateo/Alpha is hoping to squeeze some time in with just him and Evie. Smexy and highly enjoyable read!
Rockin’ Around the Hexmas Tree—(December after Hex and Drive) Dev and Isadora’s love life gets an unexpectedly frenzied boost from a gift at a Dirty Santa exchange. This one was smoking hot, with tongue-in-cheek smiles, as Dev and Isa finally clued in to what was happening.

I am full on addicted to Juliette’s Stay A Spell series! The was she writes her characters is exquisite and the heat is sooo delicious. I loved this anthology of five short stories featuring all the pairings. If you love this series then you definitely want to read this because it’s truly lagniappe! If you are from New Orleans or the Deep South then you might know what that means.😉
I absolutely LOVED being able to get into Garett’s mind. Grims are fascinating and his mind was dominant & dirty. I’m so glad his and Livvy’s story is next!!!

And this my friends are perfect little holiday epilogues, with a few prologues for couples to come. Oh and Charlie & JJ are . Nico and Violet are still my favorite couple, probably because Violet is kinda bitchy like me.
I can't wait for the next full book in this series. These books always put me in the best mood, they have just the right amount of happy and angst.

This book is a holiday anthology in the *Stay A Spell* series. So it would be best to read these books in order and to read this after you've read the first few. This is essentially a small continuation of the characters and couples lives that we've read about in the books already in this series.
Getting a little look into what's been happening with the Savoie sisters as well as their friends and people they know. There are 5 short novellas in this anthology that let us check in with characters and couples we already know, couples we have been wanting to know more about and a new couple who it looks like will get their own book, hopefully next.
I already love this series so reading this and seeing characters that I have grown to love was so much fun. Getting new love interests and seeing how the sisters are doing in their relationships was so much fun. I'm definitely looking forward to the next book now.

Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is composed of 5 short novellas. Some of them felt like extended epilogues for the first three couples we already know , one novella gave us the well deserved moment when JJ and Charlie decided to take the plunge and then - my favourite - Livvy and Gareth's book prologue. The timeline jumps ahead for every story so the last one is already 2 years after Witches Get Stitches.

Oh how I’ve missed this world and its characters!! Witches and wolves and vampires and grims and aalllllll the magical goodness from the Stay a Spell series.
Mateo/Alpha, Devraj (just saying his name gives me zings in my things), Nico, JJ & Charlie…and the ever-so lovable Savoie sisters! I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. This book easily transported me back to the world where I want to live…because hot AF supernaturals.
This book has ittle snippets into the lives of the characters I’ve previously met, fallen in love with, and kept in my heart. I didn’t think I could love them anymore…WRONG.
I was immediately swept up, back into this charming and enchanting world and given more laughs and love and passion and magic. Absolutely perfect.

I am not sure how I didn't realize that this was a romance book. I mean, it says right in the synopsis "five sexy stories" 👀 In any case, it was a quick and cute read. I probably would have enjoyed it more had I read the other books in the series.

A short holiday anthology featuring couples in the Stay a Spell series. This cannot be read as a standalone.
I'm not the biggest fan of anthologies, especially when they take place in the middle of a series. The timelines can get a bit confusing for me, particularly when it's an ongoing series that I cannot binge read. That being said, the set up for Gareth and Livvy's book is brilliantly done and I cannot wait for these two to fall in love. Gareth is 🥵 We finally find out what image Gareth had telepathically sent to Livvy 😏
There are also some great scenes featuring Henry and Clara as well as Ruben and Jules in Devraj and Isadora's short story. I'm super pumped for the final 3 couples of this series!
Lastly, it is always great catching up with Alpha 🤣

The fact that this is a 5 star rating should be of absolutely no surprise to anyone who knows me and knows of my love of the STAY A SPELL world that Juliette has created.
This collection of five short stories gives us a peek into the lives of Evie and Mateo, Isadora and Devraj, and Violet and Nico - we get to see their HEAs without conflict. Just joy. We also get to visit with JJ, the bartender at The Cauldron, and his BFF Charlie. I've had people tell me that New Years Eve has a way of changing things in your life; well this particular one has our heroes starting to question what they always assumed and taking the next step to change. To be honest, I legit swooned. (I knew I was going to, though. I love those two and with Juliette's dedication? ❤️ Yeah, swooning happened.) We even get a story that's a peek at Livvy - we already knew who her hero would be from the "hints" dropped in Witches Get Stitches , but these four chapters have me SO looking forward to her book - like, I was bouncing in my seat as I finished that story... and while that sounds like hyperbole, it really wasn't. I actually did that. And admitted it to all of Goodreads.
If you are not someone who loves an epilogue or like knowing more about the HEA for couples, then this might not be for you... however, if you love the STAY A SPELL series, I'd say give it a try. We get sneak peeks into things that happened in passing or through other characters' eyes. If you love an epilogue or just want to know more about the HEAs for these people, READ THIS BOOK. If you haven't started in the STAY A SPELL world yet and want to start here, well, I'm not your book momma, you do you - but I will strongly suggest that you go back and start at the beginning first. Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is book #3.5 in the Stay a Spell series by Juliette Cross. It features five short stories centered around the Savoie Sisters during the holiday season.
If you haven’t picked up the series then I recommend you start with book one, Wolf Gone Wild. The shorts feature some of the couples from the first three books and you may feel a bit lost starting here.
Bewitch You A Merry Christmas - This one features Evie and Mateo. Evie has a hex to remove, but all Mateo and his wolf Alpha want is to get Evie alone. It was a sweet sexy read. These two really love each other.
Rockin’ Around The Hexmas Tree - This one features Isadora and Devraj. The family has a gift exchange and a very particular ornament ends up in their hands. A very sexy read.
Jingle Bell Jock - This one features JJ a bartender at one of the sisters pub and his best friend Charlie. Charlie has secretly been in love with his best friend JJ. This one features them finally getting together.
You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grim - This one features Livvy and Gareth Blackwater. This one is a sneak peak into a couple that hasn’t happened yet. I enjoyed and can’t wait to learn more about the Grims.
Jingle Spells - This one features Nico and Violet. This couple is babysitting the triplets. They have some challenges, but seeing each other in the maternal roles brings out their own feelings on having kids. This one is sweet.

Walking in a Witchy Wonderland is a super fun anthology full of holiday short stories/novellas that take place in the Stay a Spell series. This expands on the books released already and gives some sneak peeks of future couples/books, so you will definitely get more out of this by reading the first 3 books. One thing I loved is that the author includes at the beginning of each story when exactly this fits into the series, which made it much easier for me as the reader to place it as I read.
We have stories for Evie & Mateo, Isadora & Devraj, Charlie & JJ, Violet & Nico, and sneak peeks for both Clara & Henry and Livvy & Gareth. Also any mention of Jules and Ruben I live over, I’ve been ready for their book since book 1! 😅🤣
This is filled with lots of holiday fun: Christmas White Elephant gift exchange, Christmas games with the whole family, lust potion ornaments, and Nico & Violet spending a NYE much differently than they did in their book. 😉🤣 I loved seeing all the Savoie sisters together, all their significant others (and future couplings). I love how much Clara loves historical romances (and let me just say she has amazing taste, her favs include: Julia Quinn’s Just Like Heaven, Kerrigan Byrne’s The Highwayman, Lisa Kleypas’ Seduce Me At Sunrise, Eloisa James’ When Beauty Tamed the Beast). We even get sightings of all the pets, I especially love all the times we see Fred the bow-tie wearing rooster.
This was just such a fun addition to the series and I’m so excited for where things are going, catching up with all our fav couples, what we get glimpses of, and just all things in the Stay a Spell series.

I usually don't read anthologies but all of these stories were about people I already love and some of whose books I'm really looking forward to read. And since I haven't ever read an anthology, I don't know how to rate it.

And that is Nico and Violet. They stole the show for me. Them babysitting Mateo and Evie's triplets was the highlight of the book for me. I was laughing and swooning the entire time I read their story. It was so funny, so cute, so hot. The perfect short story for me. And Alpha in their story was his best self EVER.
Charlie and JJ were also amazing. I was looking forward to their story and it was heartwarming to see how they got together. The steam was on point. The emotions were amazing.
After reading Livvy and Gareth's part, I can't wait for their book. It is going to be the next best thing. I'm sure of it. Getting into the mind of a Grim for the first time ever was AWESOME.
Devray and Isadora were as horny and sexy as ever (in a good way), and Evie and Mateo were their cute, sexy couple selves at their best.

Walking in a witchy wonderland is a novella in the Stay a spell series. If you haven't read this series, I highly recommend. It's a paranormal romance with witches, vampires, werewolves and grims. We follow the Savoie sisters, a family of whiches. They each have their own unique style of magic and I love them all 😍.

This is an anthology of stories from the Stay a Spell series. It stars the three couples from the previous book, as well as some of their close friends and the start of their own romances. The best part of not for me were the sneak peaks of the budding romances for the other sisters.
You'll see enemies to lovers as well as best friends to lovers tropes in the series, and you might come away with some baby fever too!
