About the author

Drunvalo is the author of four books including The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, Volumes I & II, Living in the Heart and his newest one, Serpent of Light. These books have been published in 29 languages and reach out to over one hundred countries throughout the world.
He has been on television and the internet, and written about in magazines, newspapers and books all over the world.
Having left the United States over 280 times, Drunvalo is a world traveler helping people understand their intimate connection to God.
Drunvalo is the first person in the world (in modern times) to mathematically and geometrically define the human body light body called in ancient times the Mer-Ka-Ba.
Drunvalo graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in fine arts. He also has a minor in physics and math with only one quarter to finish his degree.
He lives in Sedona, Arizona with his loving wife Claudette. He has six grandchildren.

This book is a cornerstone of my beliefs. I actually re-read it this year after returning from a 5 day workshop in Sedona with Drunvalo. The need for our world to learn to go from the head to the Heart is very important for our collective evolution. I'd give this book 10 stars if I could. <3

Very simply written. Unbelievable information on self empowerment from multiple ancient philosophies and practices sourced from indigenous tribes. Inspiring, enlightening and wonderful. A must read for anyone who is interested in self-improvement, meditation, culture, American Indians, or sacred geometry.

This was worth reading for the outlandish claims this man makes every 2 pages, the matter of fact way of presenting miracles he keeps making. Originally I thought it would a history and research piece into spiritual ideas, not an infomercial. Even so the book has a charm I can't quite shake off.

This could be considered the sequel to The Flower of Life part 2. It completes the process of meditations which lead the reader to reconnect with their true selves and to become aware of the power of the unknowable essence which is only present in us through the Sacred Space. The beginning of this process is explained in Drunvalo's first two books. Drunvalo also has released additional steps and modifiers since this book to make the process more simple, but it is possible to achieve living in the heart with these first three books, and a lot of practice.

Grateful to have met Drunvalo Melchizidek through his writing. So much was over my head, yet much was within my grasp. I truly believe in the place(s) in the heart he describes and experiences. As complex and heady as the Flower of Life Books are, this is not. this is a book written from the heart. Simple and straight to the point, it includes wonderful meditations to help you find the space of creation in your heart. This is a must read for anyone who's had heart problems.

I read this book for work and this topic isn't necessarily my thing or how I view life. I think for other people who are interested in the New Age lifestyle, it would be great, but it just wasn't for me.

Contains two very important practices: The Unity Breath and entering the sacred space of the heart.

The Unity Breath is more or less something you'd do at the top of any sacred ceremony, or your personal practice. To use Kahuna terminology, it blends your basic, conscious, and higher self together so that you can move as one, rather than from your little self.

This book is a wake-up call. It isn’t difficult to read, but it definitely offers many things for me to do and reflect on. I admired Drunvalo’s experiences throughout his entire life, and the book opened another window in my mind, allowing me to see my own experiences from a different perspective. I also came to understand the connection between the Flower of Life series. This book is a complementary piece that completes the experience of the Merkaba and the journey into the sacred space of the heart. I appreciated every word and the very existence of this book. A heartfelt thank you to Drunvalo.

I came here from Drunvalo's The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life to see what other wisdoms he had to offer.

This is a very interesting book. Shines light on corruption in many ways, as well as simply giving riveting testimonies as to the power of meditation and the power of the mind.

If you are an avid seeker of knowledge of the unknown, a meditator, perhaps a conspiracy theorist, this book should be of interest to you. Especially if you liked his The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, as this expounds on some of that information.

Simply amazing! I love the way the book was written. Great information and guidance on how to go into the heart and why is it important for the MERKABAH (aka Light Body...quick note this book doesn't teach about the MERKABAH how to meditation). I also love the meditation CD.
