Excellent! I use it often to rethink thrive my anxiety and refocus my thoughts and emotions. Very helpful and I hope to try the ptsd journal by this company as well.

thank goodness we’re done with that i was sick of her ass. some useful CBT tools but annoyingly mixed in between journal entries. also, a lot of the tools were at the end of- why not give all them upfront… so they can be used? silly

This is a great way to understand anxiety and its full scope. This book recommended by my sister is beautiful way to become one's best self.
