The war between Aligot and Balmore is over thanks to Kaoru, but now comes the hard part: the peace talks. The Holy Land of Rueda, one of the conflict's major instigators, is dead-set on causing as much trouble as possible for everyone. Even if Kaoru can handle all that nonsense, she still has her main mission to consider: spreading the Nagase family genes in this new world. To do that, she'll venture far and wide, reuniting with old friends and making new enemies along the way, including a group of kidnappers who exclusively target cute girls! Surely Kaoru wouldn't be distracted from such a perilous fate by being identified as 'cute'... would she? How can our protagonist use her potion powers to get out of this jam?!
"I Shall Survive Using Potions!" is a manga series written by FUNA and illustrated by Hibiki Kokonoe. The story revolves around Kaoru Nagase, who dies in a mysterious phenomenon and is reincarnated into a different world. She demands the power to create potions at any time she pleases, with whatever effect she wants it to have, and the ability to understand and speak every language. Using her newfound powers, Kaoru has to try and make a stable life for herself in a whole new world.
In the fifth volume, Kaoru and her friends are on a mission to save the world from a deadly plague. They must travel to the source of the plague and find a cure before it's too late. Along the way, they encounter new allies and enemies, and Kaoru discovers that her powers may not be enough to save everyone.
"I Shall Survive Using Potions!" is a fun and entertaining manga series that is perfect for fans of fantasy and adventure. The story is well-written, and the characters are likable and engaging. The artwork is also excellent, with detailed and expressive illustrations that bring the story to life. Overall, highly recommended to anyone looking for a fun and exciting read.
The war is over so everyone meets to discuss peace, but when Rueda gets called out for their part, they call down the goddess to prove that they're her specialest people... only for her to chew them out for abusing the summoning orb and causing trouble for her bestest friend Kaoru. Blah, blah, blah, problem solved.
Time skip! New problem! Kaoru is a forever 15-year-old and she wants a husband. So she sets out with four tagalongs for the lands beyond Brancott, so we're going backwards to see old characters and trying to avoid Prince Fernand (because he's still annoying). Blah, blah, blah, mission successful.
New town, new problem! Kaoru is... kidnapped... yeah I'm not worried. Kaoru wins no matter what happens and is a super genius that has so much prepared ahead of time that there aren't really any stakes left. Seriously, when finding a husband is more problematic than being kidnapped to be sold as a sex slave, it's the narrative with the problem.
