Like that the recipes use discard, too many with nuts and shredded coconut as a critical component for my personal taste preferences, but enjoy the espresso chocolate bundt, pumpkin muffins and blueberry thyme cobbler.

I've made several recipes from this cookbook and I love everyone. What a great way to use up your sourdough discard and not waste it. I love that every step is clearly explained, and every recipe is a hit. This is a must have if you enjoy baking with sourdough.

These recipes are more time consuming than some other sourdough recipes I've made, but they're worth it. I only wish there were more discard recipes.

Tried Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Dough was too sticky, not firm enough even after keeping in fridge. Baked in muffin pan instead. Pretty yummy, but not enough to attempt other recipes.

Tbh I have only made one recipe, but this book is five stars for the salted honey focaccia alone.

Beautifully done. Excellent and doable recipes for sourdough. I wanted to make more things than bread, rolls and pancakes. Well explained recipes. She knows what she is doing.

Lots of inspiring projects, but I was hoping for more places to hide discard, honestly!
