not exactly what i was expecting but still pretty interesting insight into external factors that influence arguments and conflicts that I never would have thought of, I liked the examples used from business meetings, personal relationships, etc. to exemplify how we can tailor our approaches for better results in conflict management

Really good advice for navigating emotionally charged conflicts. Slightly dry at times, but the real world examples kept it moving for the most part. Also it had many examples from international negotiations which were a little less relatable for me, but still interesting.

Well done! I did recommend this book already to someone. I enjoyed reading the few ideas on how partners and/or couples find a common ground that supports each other's concerns and wants. It helped me put certain things in perspective to live even in more harmony with my loved one.
