If you have chosen (or are thinking of choosing) JQuery Mobile for either a mobile website or an app, this provides both. Other books provide more focus on packaging an app or on using alternative frameworks, but this does just what it claims to do.

its really good book for amateur without any basic programmer skill who want to make simply and clean web app and also fundamental book who want to learn phonegap.

Surprisingly easy to understand if you already have basic knowledge of javascript and background experience with HTML/CSS.
